The hostel is like a bad hotel, if you actually want to meet fellow travellers this is not the place. The staff except for one girl Aimee I think her name was looked bored and miserable. Our room was stifling hot and there was nothing to dry your hands with in the bathroom. The room was ensuite which was annoying in a room of 10. Overall, it was a decent stay but nothing spectacular. GLOBAL VILLAGE IN BELFAST IRELAND, IS STILL THE BEST IN MY OPINION!

It was the best Hostel that I have ever been : the Staff is great, the hostel is modern (lots of colours, facilities, etc) and it is close to the city centre of Galway. I definitively recommend to you this hostel :) !

I thought the Hostel was in a good location, was very clean and tidy and very secure, the staff were under whelming.... on my confirmation there was no street number for the hostel or post code and i couldn't find the place so i rang the hostel and the guy told me as he was sitting in the reception of the hostel that it was tricky to describe the location and that i should ask someone on the street for directions - very bizarre.

English: Modern style, very clean, no noise; only the mattresses aren't very good, but for this price it's really perfect; the location is excellent German: Modernes Hostel, sehr sauber, sehr leise; ausschließlich die Matratzen sind nicht besonders gut, für den Preis aber vollkommen in Ordnung; Lage ist super

This place is rather run down and not very clean, especially the shower. The breakfast although included is a joke. There is a charge of 2 euro + 3 euro deposit for towels, 5 euro deposit for each room key. Wifi isn't working in the room. Staff seemed rather tired. Wouldn't stay there again.

Everyone at Snoozles was lovely and helpful and my stay had no problems at all. They even had small desks in the rooms which helped immensely.

The best hostel I've ever stayed in! Great value for money, the 4 bed room we stayed in had an ensuite and even a table and chairs. There was free wifi and pretty cheap laundry facilities where they do it all for you. TV, Wii, snooker, jukebox, breakfast room, etc were all great. Kitchen was cool too. The location is really great, nice and close to the city centre. Definitely worth staying there!

Great location and place to sleep. They gave us a free upgrade to a private room after a large group booked. Fantastic staff and fun atmosphere. Would book again.

When I was there it seemed like something in the kitchen was always empty or broken. Juice machine would be broken one day, followed by the coffee machine, there'd be no milk... it would be amazing if you could expand your breakfast selections.

Excellent hostel, very new, very clean. We had a female 4 beds room, which was not that big, but ok, and very clean. Also the common area is very nice, free wi-fi working, nice staff. Breakfast is just very light, but that's ok for a hostel. We felt very well and safe there.

Shower pressure was very weak and while it was sort of funny in very, very long retrospect, it was extremely irritating being woken up by loud drunk being at 4:35 am singing Call Me Maybe for 20 minutes then having an argument with people in rooms nearby trying to get to sleep who wanted them to stop. Other than that, the beds were comfy and the hostel was nice and clean! I loved the hang out room and the staff was very nice/helpful with our early check in.
