It was a very noisy room considering it was private, however it was fine for what I needed for the night. I am sure it is a lot of fun otherwise. I also felt it was a little dark and dank in areas. The kitchen area was very well set up and the toiletss and showers seemed to be getting cleaned everytime I was in there which is a good thing! Sheets were also very clean. Overall not bad

The staff is really nice, even I arrived at 9am, she still let me to check-in earlier, so that I load down my baggage and have a shower first before going around the city. Nice service!!!

It was a treat to stay in such a nice spot in Brighton at such a good rate. I stayed briefly while in transit to Cornwell, but I'll be back for a few days to see more of the city

Miserable depressing hostel. Dark, damp, cold, and full of old men having mid life crises. Pretty sure there was people living in the common room who weren't staying there, but knew the codes to the doors, as they don't have key cards. Would tell security, but there was none. They can change the name of the hostel, but its still rank as. Felt unsafe and unhappy during my entire stay.

*Brilliant location and great value for money. I've stayed in a few hostels in Brighton and this one was one of the best I've stayed in. Playstation and WII are an excellent addition. Awesome kitchen facilities

Had a luggage room and allowed early drop off of luggage (before check in). Very close to both bus and train stations. Staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable

The bed was a little springy and the room was a little cold late in the early hours of the morning. Location was pretty good and convenient for my needs.

Rhey need to depende some mone y on Deep cleaning. The staff were always cleaning but they can't get deep clean with daily cleaning. The staff were overworked so they could not be as friendly as they wished to be.

Cons: Smelt like wee Poor selection of kitchen utensils. Shabby, curtains were tied on with string. Cold floors. Dirty. Unfriendly staff. No refunds. Duvets too small. Not being able to get in the main hostel once you are through the main door... Pros: RECYCLING :) Heaters really worked well. Hot showers. Close to tesco, sea front and Hove town. Friendly helpful visitors
