It was my 2nd time in Brighton and second time at sobo! the renevations made have really spruced the place up and the i love the buzz going on amongst all the guests. I love it here!

This hostel is located in Hove, west of Brighton proper. It's located on a quiet residential street, an easy walk from ftrain and bus services and close to the seafront promenade. The hostel used to be two older terraced houses, so the interior feels a bit cramped. My dorm room had no lockers, but was otherwise clean and comfortable. The hostel's policy of charging a 5% premium to pay by credit card should be reviewed.

Hi Laura, We are in the City of Brighton and Hove and just 1.5 miles or 2.4 Km from central club land Approximate Journey times for 1.5 miles. Walking - 22.5 minutes for 1.5 miles - The "average" speed for a normal, healthy individual walking at a steady pace (not speed-walking, but not dawdling, either) is about 4 miles per hour, or 15 minutes per mile. Taxi/Car - 5 minutes / Public Transport - 10 minutes Lockers are located in areas where security cameras are recording for additional peace of mind ! 5% is simply the charge that the banks pass on to us - we dont like it either and encourage guests to walk a few minutes up the road to a cash machine Thanks for your comments
