The staff was very welcoming and several of them spoke English well. The reception desk is 24 hours a day and they're very willing to help you with whatever you need (ie. booking activities / outside adventures). The kitchen's food is good and the wifi is strong. The actual rooms and grounds of the hostel are really nice. The main drawback is that the hostel is a bit of a walk from the nearest beach, Kai Bae. It's several hundred meters away-- probably taking around 10 minutes.

Very good hotel with a very helpfull staff. Nice rooms and quiet atmosphaire.
