- Wifi doesn't work - Extra charge for sheets (towels not inc) and taxes on top of what hostel bookers quoted - Prostitutes on the street outside - Staff member greeted us by yelling at us for pressing the entry buzzer too much - Could hear staff talking and watching tv in reception all night even after being told to be quiet by other guests

good hostel, room was okay, but unfortunately we woke up every morning by the noise on the hall or the other rooms!! But spend nevertheless a couple of good nights there!!

We arrived late at night at the Hostel having booked and paid a deposit for a private double room with private bathroom and were told by the staff they had over booked and there were only beds in mixed dorms available. We were very disappointed to not get the room we'd booked it was a sleepless night at the start of our short holiday.

There is no elevator, so you basically have to haul your luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Other than that, what you pay is what you get.

Overall the stay was satisfactory. The 24h opening was convenient for a late arrival; there was immediately an extra tax added to the price of the room, which I had not been informed about. The bathroom of my 'ensuite' room was outside my own room, so I had to keep going through the corridor and locking the respective doors, which was inconvenient. No products were provided in the bathroom, not even toilet paper, but it was definitely clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was poor.

We got the wrong room, we ordered a 4-bed doorm and got a 6 bed. We got the room to ourselves after we complained. The next day we were upgraded to a 4-bed doorm with bathroom. The shower was in bad condition. The staff was not very friendly or helpfull. Breakfast was not worth the try, but it was included. Also after I said the reservation said so. So all in all a cheap place to stay, but I would not go there again.

We three girls were really disappointed. Receptionst was surprised about our arrival...room had no atmosphere and was mould-infested. Very sad.

Here are some pictures of our appartment. Home mushroom is in every corner, next to windows and on the ceiling near the ventilation system. Windows are allways wet and the stink of the wet is all around you. I could say it is unsanitary conditions. http://s16.postimg.org/tzpprsoit/20130318_092739.jpg http://s16.postimg.org/rh40r42sl/20130318_092731.jpg http://s16.postimg.org/7xzfhr411/20130318_092726.jpg http://s16.postimg.org/uy62u31ut/20130318_092718.jpg

We had a private room and the bathroom was really small and breakfast very poor. The guy in the reception was very nice, helpful. Tks Fedi.

As a female travelling alone, staff seemed a little questionable. Room itself was great, had booked a single room and received a twin double bed room with an ensuite. Breakfast was poor, with only crumbly dry toast and biscuits on offer. Security was questionable, as was woken up by someone trying to get into my room one night. Also my room seemed to be two floors above actual hostel, with another hostel in-between. Location was close to a metro stop, but still somewhat out of the way.
