Property Information:
Sofia’s Guest House is typical Eixample district building with an elegant marble floors entrance. All the rooms are equipped with heating and fans. You will also enjoy a warm wooden floor.
Rooms are quiet, so you will have your rest ensured.
You will be able to use two shared bathrooms and you can get clean bath towels (2.00€ per unit) at your arrival. You will have 24 hours hot water service, without any extra charge.
In the kitchen, you can use the fridge to store your food. You can also use the microwave for free, but it’s not allowed to use the kitchen for cooking. You have a wide living room with an exit to a wide balcony.
You will be comfortably watching cable TV or read at the moments you are resting in the Guest House.
Sheets and blankets are provided for free. You will find the room prepared to be used once you arrive.
We have housekeepers living there, so you can contact them for anything.
Enjoy the new mall Arenas, just two streets away and be to the center in 10 min by metro.

We don't have a 24 hours reception, so we really need to know your approximate time of arrival, to have everything prepared and being waiting for you.
Note that we have late check in fees policies. Arriving after 21:00 has an extra fee of 10:00€ and it's 15,00€ for arriving after midnight.
Sheets and linen are for free.
Clean towels can be hired at arrival for 2,00€ each.
In the kitchen you have useable fridge and microwave, but you are not allowed to cook in the kitchen.
