Nice place, right next to piazza del duomo. The only bad thing is that the staff dont speak english.
Great location, great atmosphere. It is Hogwarts!
This was the most adorable little hotel in an amazing location. The hostess, Elena, was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
Wonderful place! For the price of 25 euros you get a comfortable bed in 2 person room, bathroom just for your room, small kitchen with enough equipment to cook anything, and a breakfast. The owners are very nice and kind people, especially Fernanda. I loved every minute of staying in Pergola Hotel. Fernanda, thank you for making our stay special! Best wishes to you and to your family! P.S. Lasagna in Leonardo Self Service Restaurant (near Duomo) is a must try!
No free wifi. Otherwise, room good, clean, well located. People cool.
The location was good, really close to the Duomo and the Accademia. The staff didn't know how to proceed with the check in/out. The atmosphere of the room was good, but the place it self doesn't have a common room. The room was really comfortable, but the bathroom was extremely small (the toilet and the shower share the shower box, separate but a curtain, and the breakfast was poor. Really bad point the WIFI connection is prepaid.
Nice hostel and friendly staff. Note that there is an air conditioning system which is very convenient in hot summer days. Definitely recommendable.
A sweet Italian lady comes to check you in and speaks to you in rapid Italian and somehow you understand. The rooms are super eclectic but fully functional. There's even some art books for you to look at. Low on facilities like wifi but why do you need it when the whole city is wifi (with Firenze card). Could do with a better breakfast. Little cartons of juice and 'make your own coffee' pods are just not what you expect from a B&B.
