We very much enjoyed our stay at Soggiorno Laura. The location was perfect. Close to everything. The staff were very helpful. The Terrace was lovely. Beautiful to have breakfast in the open air or to sit for a drink in the cool of the evening, rather than in your room. We would certainly recommend .

An incredible hostel! The room was nice and spacious and the bathroom was modern. The room was very clean. The breakfast was good, lots of variety and served on the terrace which was pretty and a nice start to the day. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. We also were lucky enough to enjoy watching one of the world cup games on the terrace where we were served free pasta! Good for travelers on a budget. Perfect location close to all the main sites and the train station.

Quite a long walk from the centre of the city, longer than the website would have you know. Problems with our air conditioning meant the room was incredibly hot one night. Staff pleasant and rooms clean.

We traveled all around Europe and this one was definitely our favorite hostel. The rooms are great. The breakfast is delicious, it is located in front of a bus stop so you can get aroud the city. Also everything is in walking distance so we rarely used the bus. The staff is absolutely amazing! Massimo is the best hostel manager we've met :) They explain everything you should visit and how to get there as well as delicious options for eating. Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay.

Maximo and his staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfasts were delightfully tasty with a great atmosphere. The rooms were clean and facilities more than adequate. The location was close and in walking distance to all the main attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone in the future.

We had a great stay at Soggiorno Laura. The staff welcomed us with breakfast when we walked in, and brought out a map to show us some great places to see in the area. Every employee we met during our stay was so friendly we felt as though we were family. Not to mention the place itself is very nice, the wifi is great (better than anywhere we've been), and the price is very reasonable for what you get. It was more like a hotel than a hostel and we would definitely stay here again!

everything was great, service, rooms, breakfast and help to know the city best attractions. 100% recommended! Why book expensive hotels, this is much better, next time I will stay there again but for more days.

A great place to stay in florence we felt safe, breakfast was excellent on the terrace. They had their own restaurant which we never got to try but the smells coming from the kitchen were pretty good. Close to all the sites and they were incredibly friendly and helpful, loved it.

This hostel is the best option to stay in Florence! It's located in the centre of town (just 5 minutes from Accademia galery and 10 minutes from the Duomo) and you get there everything you need: towels, private bathroom, breakfast on the top terrace (amazing!!!!). A good value for money! The staff was so nice to us, and they give us good recommendations about where to eat. I would definitely stay again in Soggiorno Laura when I come back to Florence.

Lovely staff, nice clean room, air con was a delight. Great breakfast but unfortunately the evening meal wasn't the gastromic delight I had been led to believe it would be.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really friendly and helpful, with great suggestions of things to do and see in Florence. The room was neat and tidy. The hostel is in a good location, about 15 minutes walk to the middle of the City. The highlight was the daily breakfast served on the outdoor balcony area. I would recommend Soggiorno Laura to anyone visiting Florence.

We had a wonderful time here. The staff is among the friendliest we have ever encountered (definitely the friendliest in Europe). I recommend to try their dinner (plenty of wine with that; more than we could handle).

The people running it were all very welcoming and warm and friendly. They were always around to help or just have a chat, and gave good information about things to do in Florence and the best places to go. Breakfast is served out on the terrace in the sun or shade, and it is a very good breakfast! Cakes, pastries, bread, toast, cheese, salami and ham, some fruit, coffee, tea, juice, three cereals, yogurts, different jams and biscuits. Possibly a bit sweet, but breakfasts in Italy usually are.

Nicole, Travis and I had a wonderful time at Soggiorno Laura. Everyone made us feel comfortable, even the other guests were pleasant and enjoyed their company as we all gathered in social area. When we travel back to Florence, we intend to stay at Soggiorno Laura! No doubt! Thank you again for everything. Carrie

The Bathroom is small and the shower is smaller, for a tall and large person like me, was so complicated take a bath inside it. By the way, everybody were kind and friendly.
