Ended up overcharging us which was a bit disappointing. Room looked a but outdated but otherwise a nice looking place. Nice big kitchen. Very clean. Bit of a hike into town but otherwise all fine. I would stay there again

Annoying location need to get a bus in to the centre. Also you only get breakfast if you have a shared bathroom and need to pay 5 euros for it.

A short drive or bus ride from the centre of Siena but nice and very clean... dont be scared off by the shared bathroom... its like your own bathroom when your inside it... loved staying here...

(+) Pasticceria next door for a sweet breakfast n coffee (+) Close to Siena tangent if you have a car (+) Clean n spacious room with balcony (and flowers) (+) Parking spots (+) Helpful staff (+) Swimming pool at related hotel very nearby (with magnificent views of Tuscan land) (-) About 25 minutes walk from train station (-) Not so easy reachable if you don't have a car (-) Not much in the neighbourhood, except if you like the McDonald's a lot (-) Bus connection from Siena centre not so good

Very comfortable and clean. For the price you won't get a higher standard. Big room and bed very comfortable. Staff incredibly friendly. Location not central but only only a couple of km by foot. Buses are unreliable and in the evening finish running at 830pm.

We were so very surprised...As it was brand new and very beautiful, clean, perfect location and the service was fantastics.. Highly recommended.

The communal bathroom (non ensuite) was simple yet lovely, as was the rooms. The staff were amazing - presentation, helpfulness, they were very warm and polite, and the hotel interior is presented sensationally. Its about a 20 minute bus ride into Siena, which was disappointing given the cost of the room. The room was also all brick walls, and the single bed was very very small. Would recommend very very highly if it was closer to Sienna or if you dont mind travel.

Good rooms, nice little outdoor area, good and cheap local restaurants, take away pizza joints, cafe, green grocer, etc. Easy access to surrounding countryside, motorway. Good parking facilities. Buildings a bit 'soulless' and there's 3 km. to the city centre. But still well-placed if you have a car and want to explore both countryside and Siena.

lovely good value excellent thank you

the place was ok but i did not realise i had booked an an economy room which did not include breakfast and was made to feel like a peasent by thereceptionist, if you wanted to use the kitchen you had to keep asking for the key!

It is really far away from the centre of Siena. At night, there are almost no buses. Be careful because it will be a 50 minute walk or a very expensive ride on taxi.

it is just a long walk from the train station. I would not recommend this property becuase the price we paid was above our usual stay and did NOT inlcude breakfast.

The hotel was very noisy and hot - there is little they can do about the noise but the addition of ceiling fans would be a great idea.

This was a really cute little hotel. We had a great private room! But it is so far away from the old town and the main piazza. We had to walk so far from the train station with our packs when we first got there. Once we got there though we loved it! Breakfast is not worth it! Go just up the street to your left when exiting the hotel and there is a little bakery that has excellent pastries and coffee.

I really enjoyed my stay and wished I had another night. It was lovely sitting on the balcony eating my breakfast. Everything was beautifully presented.

Gente amable. Situación muy mala (fuera de la ciudad) y difícil de llegar. Vinieron a recogernos en coche ya que nos habíamos perdido (y estábamos andando por el arcén de la carretera)

Very clean, more of a hotel than a hostel. Very helpful lady with directions and tips at reception.

Good that it has free car parking but too far - you have to catch the bus to town. Was basic but clean. Staff not overly helpful or friendly. Was told our breakfast was not included? VERY loud room - right on busy street. No aircond which is a must for july/aug in italy. Also water in shared bathroom had run out by morning meaning toilet no longer flushed and couldn't wash hands. Think you would find much better for similar price.

We stayed only one night. Clean and nice place, kind staff. Just a little bit out of town (but buses run nearby) and quite noisy.

spotlessly clean, and wonderfully quiet, but much further from the station than stated in the directions - catch the bus!
