I knew three persons of their staff... the first very nice, the second regular and the third one almost didn\'t care about me (maybe because I was leaving).

arrived, booked in and never saw staff again.. didnt need to. Very basic room. Great location - right opposite Pitti Palace.
Room was large however, the window was broken and covered up with paper and so incredibly cold, the heater didn\'t work and neither did the shower during the entire 5 days we stayed there.Very basic room. Great location - right opposite Pitti Palace.

This is a beautiful little hostel! I stayed in a private twin, great value for such a nice room. Fairly quiet, a bridge away from the city center and about a mile from the train station. Fairly central location once you have walked from the train station.
