Pros: the staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, and the location was good. Cons: Had a poor wifi connection in the room (I had to leave the room and stand on the stairway to get wifi connection). The breakfast was provided at a coffee shop just across from the place, which we didn't mind, but we could only select one croissant and a cup of coffee of our choice. The coffee shop was usually busy in the morning, so we couldn't get seated right away.

Amazing location! Super close to the train station so you can bring your suitcases easily. The rooms are clean and spacious, but there is no wifi signal in them. The staff barely spoke english (or italian!) Worst part is breakfast is in a nearby café with the most awful & rude staff ever, they don't let you use wifi if you come for breakfast from the B&B, and they want to charge you for everything. Overall, I would recommend it! It is good value for money.

The receptionist was not able to speak a single word in English, she was a Chinese woman with a terrible Italian as well, which obviously makes it impossible to even attempt to have a simple conversation. Furthermore, she was very rude and even shouted at us when we asked a simple question regarding the city tax. Worst attention ever.

The staircase is too steep that made difficult for carrying luggage. Terrible WiFi, it wasn't available at all on my first night stay. A decent stay in Venice, convenient location.

Nice and clean room with television and air conditioning. The price was expensive for the type of accommodation (it wasn't worth the 104€/night for 2 people I payed, moreover it wasn't high season). The description of the hostel said that the breakfast was included BUT what a surprise when we understood that we would just eat a croissant and a cappuccino and NOTHING more. To conclude, when we arrived at the hostel we were asked to pay a tourism tax we had never heard about when we booked online

The location of the hostel is quite close to the train station. Extra City Tax 12EURO for 2 people 2 nights was collected though the website claims that the tax was included! The breakfast is simply a coffee with a bread and the staff in the bar was not friendly.

Was so pleased to stay there with a great location and very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely would consider going back!

Owner was nice, she gave concrete suggestions as of what to do and introduction to Venice once we arrived. The facilities were okay but the circuit could break if multiple high power electrical appliances were used at the same time (probably a problem which exist in various places on the island though. The room was clean, but I'm not sure the bed sheets were particularly clean...

It's a great location and the room was nice enough. The woman running it was nice but other than check in we never saw anyone... Meant to come with breakfast but never saw that or got any info regarding Venice. Clean and secure but nothing special. Very average.

Lack of Internet in the lower room. I had to stand in the hallway upstairs to receive a passable signal. When travel is booked mostly online this is critical.

Great place! Very nice people that helped me out in the middle of the night when I was locked out. All around good spot to be in. Would defiantly stay there again.

Helpful staff, nice room, great location. Only problem, sometimes bit too noisy late at night maybe due to location. Otherwise perfect for me.
