Pros: the staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, and the location was good. Cons: Had a poor wifi connection in the room (I had to leave the room and stand on the stairway to get wifi connection). The breakfast was provided at a coffee shop just across from the place, which we didn't mind, but we could only select one croissant and a cup of coffee of our choice. The coffee shop was usually busy in the morning, so we couldn't get seated right away.

Amazing location! Super close to the train station so you can bring your suitcases easily. The rooms are clean and spacious, but there is no wifi signal in them. The staff barely spoke english (or italian!) Worst part is breakfast is in a nearby café with the most awful & rude staff ever, they don't let you use wifi if you come for breakfast from the B&B, and they want to charge you for everything. Overall, I would recommend it! It is good value for money.

A great B&B in a great location, step outside to a gorgeous piazza with restaurants and a bar. Quite close to all the tourist sites but there's much more to discover in the streets around this B&B. After watching other people struggle lugging baggage through Venice we were so relieved how close this was to the train station and taxi/bus area, a 2 minute walk.

The receptionist was not able to speak a single word in English, she was a Chinese woman with a terrible Italian as well, which obviously makes it impossible to even attempt to have a simple conversation. Furthermore, she was very rude and even shouted at us when we asked a simple question regarding the city tax. Worst attention ever.

The staircase is too steep that made difficult for carrying luggage. Terrible WiFi, it wasn't available at all on my first night stay. A decent stay in Venice, convenient location.

Nice and clean room with television and air conditioning. The price was expensive for the type of accommodation (it wasn't worth the 104€/night for 2 people I payed, moreover it wasn't high season). The description of the hostel said that the breakfast was included BUT what a surprise when we understood that we would just eat a croissant and a cappuccino and NOTHING more. To conclude, when we arrived at the hostel we were asked to pay a tourism tax we had never heard about when we booked online
