The staff and our driver were exceptional - very lovely and keen to help. Our first room was pretty bad - but they swapped us straight away for no extra charge and the next room was lovely and clean. We needed a driver to get anywhere, but our driver I Ketut was a tour guide/ translator/ friend all in one so we were happy enough about this. Pool very average, beach pretty dirty, but for budget accommodation, all round good experience.
