When we arrived at 9am we were welcomed very badly - the guy who sat at the reception was unfriendly and seemed to be very annoyed by us asking a few basic questions about our stay, and how things work. When we returned later that afternoon the guy who then finally checked us in at 2pm, however was very friendly and nice. For the rest, the room was beautiful (we had a 2 bed-room upstairs in the attic). We really enjoyed our night there.

IT was. Dirty and smelled really bad in the common areas. Location was good. Really nice that they have parking spots. You're car shouldn't be to big though.
A nice hostel, just some minutes walking to Prague center. Bathrooms are clean, but there are only a few. Sometimes you'll have to wait. Bedrooms have lockers for valuables, but the bags won't fit in. An unpleasant situation happened to me: they took my bags away to a luggage storage that they have and changed my room without telling me, only because a group of girls arrived and they didn't want any men in their bedroom.
The beds at the 8-bed room we stayed, where horrible.Matress was "sinking" and it was impossible to sleep. After the first night,I preferred sleeping on a couch at the common room.
We had just been on the sleeper trainand got to the hostel at 8am, thankfully the guy at reception let us leave our bags and also use the bathroom to get showered which was very nice! The room was very spacious and clean, would defintely recommend!
Could do with slightly better facilities for example more than one toilet and cleaner showers.
Great hostel in the perfect location. 1 min from a main metro station and a 15 minute walk to the centre, as well as near to shops! The rooms are lovely, bright, comfortable and clean. The kitchen and communal areas were well kept, had great facilities and were incredibly spacious. Bathrooms were clean and near to all rooms! Only downside was being on the fifth (top) floor without a working lift - in the summer walking up those stairs wasn't pleasant. But otherwise we would definitely return!
No Lift. The hostel is very good, but there is no lift.
The room wasn't clean. And there were only 2 bathrooms available for 8 rooms. I wouldn't recomend the hostel at all!!
Upon arriving in Prague, we went to check-in at the hostel just to be told by reception that there had been an system error and we only had room for 2 out of our group of 6 - despite booking months in advance and sending a confirmation email to the hostel 24hrs before. As all the hostels we phoned thereafter were fully booked, we ended up having to spend £180 for a room at the Hilton. When we saw the manager the next day, we were told the rooms had been free and it was the receptionist's fault.
Good location and really helpful staff. Just a shame the lift was out of order and we were staying on the fifth floor!
Reception guy was nice enough. A bit far from all of the main attractions, but easy enough to find. My sheets were a bit dirty and the shower clogged up. I suppose it was a good enough place for one night. Hot as H E double hockey sticks in the summer, and with the window open it wasn't much better.
The Hostel is okay, but not more... First the Staff was really friendly an gave us a private room instead of a 4 bed dorm. Thats really kind, but the whole hostel isnt that nice and clean. Its okay for one or two nights, but thats enough. There are much better hostels for this price in praha.
really nice hostel, 30minute walk to centre wasn't bad but metro right beside which can reduce that to 10minutes. In a 3bed private room which was very clean, bathrooms and kitchens were clean too. Only problem is the lift is broken with 10sets of stairs to get to the 5th floor and paying for the room had to be in cash even though there was a card machine. also the washing machine did not work properly, wouldn't recommend using it.
The hostel itself was fairly good, definitely worth the money. My only real complaint is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, besides this everything was very pleasant, good showers, a nice kitchen, helpful staff, and reasonably nice dorms (though the mattresses were rock hard).
The location of the hostel is good. The atmosphere I did not like too. The personal is not accuiant. The room was well, for against the shower was terrible. I would not come back at all and I do not recommend this hostel.
Reception here was awful. They were open when we came in at 1am. But when we showed up at noon they were mysteriously gone. Even when we told they that we would be right back and we just had to grab something from our room they managed to close reception and go missing while we we gone. This hostel didn't not have lockers or a common room. It was within walking distance of all the sights
when checking in the boy at the desk had little to no personality. He didn't smile nor greet us accordingly. We were shown to are room (4) and left. It was hard to sleep as it was very noisy as we were on the main road and because there is no air conditioning and extremly hot we had to keep the window opened. The next night a girl who was in are room was covered in bed bugs bites. The reception was so rude and offered us to move to another room which could have had bed bugs but he refused
Location is good. The bed was not comfortable. The toilet was messy.
Location okay for price, around 25 min walk to old square. Clean and modern however it felt like we were the only people staying as there wasn't much of an atmosphere
