Good location and really helpful staff. Just a shame the lift was out of order and we were staying on the fifth floor!

Reception guy was nice enough. A bit far from all of the main attractions, but easy enough to find. My sheets were a bit dirty and the shower clogged up. I suppose it was a good enough place for one night. Hot as H E double hockey sticks in the summer, and with the window open it wasn't much better.

really nice hostel, 30minute walk to centre wasn't bad but metro right beside which can reduce that to 10minutes. In a 3bed private room which was very clean, bathrooms and kitchens were clean too. Only problem is the lift is broken with 10sets of stairs to get to the 5th floor and paying for the room had to be in cash even though there was a card machine. also the washing machine did not work properly, wouldn't recommend using it.

The hostel itself was fairly good, definitely worth the money. My only real complaint is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, besides this everything was very pleasant, good showers, a nice kitchen, helpful staff, and reasonably nice dorms (though the mattresses were rock hard).

Reception here was awful. They were open when we came in at 1am. But when we showed up at noon they were mysteriously gone. Even when we told they that we would be right back and we just had to grab something from our room they managed to close reception and go missing while we we gone. This hostel didn't not have lockers or a common room. It was within walking distance of all the sights

when checking in the boy at the desk had little to no personality. He didn't smile nor greet us accordingly. We were shown to are room (4) and left. It was hard to sleep as it was very noisy as we were on the main road and because there is no air conditioning and extremly hot we had to keep the window opened. The next night a girl who was in are room was covered in bed bugs bites. The reception was so rude and offered us to move to another room which could have had bed bugs but he refused

Location is good. The bed was not comfortable. The toilet was messy.

Location okay for price, around 25 min walk to old square. Clean and modern however it felt like we were the only people staying as there wasn't much of an atmosphere

Only one thing to say: Smiling is for free ;)

Very happy with the room in terms of aesthetics because it was very clean and had bright colours - was the opposite of a typical boring/plain youth hostel room. Only complaint would be doors slamming constantly but cannot blame the hostel for other guests rudeness. Also there was a loose metal pipe right outside the window and it was shaking like mad every 10 minutes, this was a problem because it was hot on the top floor so opening a window at night meant you were cooled down but kept awake

Although the location is pretty good and prices aren't that high, the guy at the reception was kinda rude and not helpful. I don't knot if that's only coincidence but after staying her for one night I got weird bites on my body. Check the mattress before you go to bed. WIFI did work really good though, also kitchen is pretty good.

I was disappointed to learn the elevator doors on my floor (the top) were jammed by some rowdy drunks the night before I arrived. Which meant me and my 1&1/2 year old had to walk up 9 flights of stairs to get to our room, for two days. Thankfully the first night they had wifi! However by the second day wifi was not working. By the third day a guy reset wifi & elevator was fixed! Common area &bathrooms cleaned everyday. Average (inexpensive) hostel, glad they kept their word on lift getting fixed
