It's just a block from the beach and there are shops and restaurants all over the area. Sol de Mallorca was just what friends and I were looking for. If your scenario is to go out and come back for a rest at night, this is a perfect place: calm, simple, private, good tempered. And more over breakfast is included. Especially the Georgij with exclusive Georgian hospitality was extremely friendly and helpful. it was best choice. paying 10 euro per person and getting normal room was better than we expected. we really had paid more in other countries and getting worse rooms. and this was very simple, clean and cheap. location is also good. near the sea side. just arenal area is german one and there u can find only schnitzels or saucages and watch football in cafes. but in street Mar Negra 6 there is a typical mallorcian restaurant Can Verdera Nou. perfect hosts and food like a dream!it was best choice. paying 10 euro per person and getting normal room was better than we expected. we really had paid more in other countries and getting worse rooms. and this was very simple, clean and cheap. location is also good. near the sea side. just arenal area is german one and there u can find only schnitzels or saucages and watch football in cafes. but in street Mar Negra 6 there is a typical mallorcian restaurant Can Verdera Nou. perfect hosts and food like a dream!...Close

I strongly recommend this hostel! In my experience with hostels, anywhere with prices this cheap means you're sharing a room with 8 other travelers, you're sleeping in bunkbeds with no sheets, and you have a communal bathroom. But this was more like a cheap hotel! We had our own room, clean sheets each day, and our own bathroom. And the location is perfect -- 1 block from the beach.I strongly recommend this hostel! The walls are super thin, the location is perfect if you like the beach, and the staff was helpful.
