The hotel was in a good location near the train station, at the beginning we thought it will be noisy but we didn't hear anything during the night. We only spend one night, it was perfect for a short stay. The owner was kind, she let us leave our backpack in reception while we went to Machu Pichu, she prepared breakfast at 5am, really nice.

It's a nice place to stay, Wi-fi on the room, hot water on the shower, nice breakfast...just a little hidden but not far from the bus/train station/Restaurants.

The warmth of the staff was great. I had a group of 4. We all made to feel at home. I definitely recommend it to anyone.

We were only staying a very short night in the hostel before our day Machu Picchu, and even so I still wish we had spent a little more and gotten a nicer place. It had bad energy. And it was kind of out of the way. And I wouldn't go back, or recommend it to anyone... I feel bad saying this :( but it's the truth.

Clean and quiet hostel near railway station. Staff doesn't speak english at all. Breakfast usual. Short walk to anywhere in Aguas Calientes.

The nicest, cleanest hostel I´ve ever stayed in, though more like a hotel than a hostel. The staff wakes up at 4:00 AM to make you breakfast for Machu Picchu - with eggs!

Really clean hostel in a new building near the train station, so it´s a 10min walk to the main strip but at least you´ll get your sleep. Breakfast with eggs from 4:30AM which is a huge plus if you´re heading to MP before sunrise. Hot water in the shower ended abruptly, maybe it was too late for showering? Will store your bags for the day for no extra fees when you´re exploring Machu Picchu. Excellent value for money.

The rooms were decent--they changed the sheets every night and our private bathrooms were clean. However, I was still underwhelmed. The hostel seemed like a trek from the train station during the rainy season. It's a family-oriented hostel (i.e., hearing kids screaming and running through the walls). There is hot water, but you have to wait 15+ minutes (I ended up with a cold shower because I thought the hot water would never come). On the bright side, I did get eggs every morning!

Stayed in the matrimonial, it was really nice, good bed and pillows. TV in the room that worked and had lots of channels. Right next to the train station which is really convenient. Breakfast was served whenever you were getting up to do Machu Picchu and included some eggs

Clean and with basic comfort. You coud ask for clean towels, glasses in the bathrooms and hair dryer. We mailed to ask if credit cards were accepted and the did not answer. We told them but they did not care...

The hostel was very well situated for the train station and the walk to Machu Picchu. Staff were friendly and helpful although communication in English was a little difficult at times. Room was big and very clean. Bathroom was nice. A little noisy because our room faced onto the street.

This place was lovely, the beds were nice and thick with good blankets for the cold nights. They even got up early and made us eggs at 4.30am! Really close to the train station and everything else. Very quiet and close to the river so you wake up to the sound of tranquil water. Very quiet hostel, not for partying.

We would recommend the matrimonial room. Plenty of space and hot water in the shower. The caretaker / owner is up with you if you are doing the early early machu pichu run with a breakfast and will supply proper treacle coffee if you ask. This was portent to us. Wi fi only works downstairs and the kitchen is out of bounds. Room was clean and comfort bed ( firm) they know the time drill of you visit and accommodate that very well.
