This was a great place, laid back, not on the beach, but a 50 cent dependable bus ride away. really has the beach town/jungle feel. Genuine. I wish I get to come back.

La predisposicion a solucionar los inconvenientes es muy buena, una familia muy hospitalaria. La ubicacion no es muy buena, requiere bus para llegar a la playa. El ambiente es original, aunque tiene una muy fea entrada.

The Hostel is halfway built, with dangerous stairs, the kitchen was locked, it had no common room.. I wouldn' t recomend it at all!! I complained because it was nothing like what was shown in the photos, and they didn't care. We left earlier..

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! Do NOT stay here!!! They put fake pictures on Hostel Word; the actual place is a DUMP!! Then, when we tried to get some of our money back when we first arrived at the hostel, the desk worker (who is actually the owner) pretended to be only a receptionist, would not give us a receipt, and then called the police on us!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Solangie and her family are great! Definitely helped us a lot to have an affordable trip and still have a blast. Also learned quite a few Spanish to get around~

Sharing a kitchen and lounge with a mob of loud yobbos not a great idea. At least they were friendly. Hostel owner was nice but unaware of our discomfort. The kitchen was a mess but now the owner's fault.
