Both our rooms were clean. Location is great- close to Colosseum and Termini train station. Drawbacks about our stay: staff were not always at the reception which was difficult when we left our stuff overnight or wanted to use the provided internet connection. It was also an unexpected annoyance that we had to move to another room in another building without knowing when we booked.
