About Som's House
Our home is a raised wooden house equipped with the comfort of running water, hot/cold shower, a seating flush toilets and a furnished bedroom, located in a rice farming community in Chiangrai, North Thailand. We have a 285 square feet wood flooring furnished guest room with an adjoining balcony to relax and read. It can accommodate 4 adults comfortably. A common area and a spacious garden to interact with the host. The public buses and the two-bench buses (songteaw) are a 5 minutes walk from the house.
We are conversant in English, Thai and Chinese, have lived in the village since childhood. We know the area very well and can arrange guided tours. The home stay include FREE Internet use, cooking lessons and Thai language classes, three (3) daily home cooked meals and laundry.
