When we arrived the hostel had given our room to someone else. The reception staff didn't speak English, so gave us no explanation or apology. We had to find our own alternative accommodation. The place looked nice, but they didn't honour our booking.

It's a good hostel. It's near the Mekong river. Normally hostels near the river are more expensive. The price of this hostel is relatively cheaper within the area. The boy at the reception speaks a little bit english. He is friendly and smiles when he does not understand. The breakfast is okay. There are restaurants around and easy to get to the sights. They offer bike renting and laundry services. It's very quiet and not that fun. It's comfortable to sit in the chair and to enjoy the sunshine.

Nice staff, but very limited English. I got the impression that their reluctance to say no led them to make unrealistic promises. Or maybe they are just confused. We had reserved ten nights, but they had us down for only two nights, and not in the room wecheck poked. We we happy to check out after two nights because the room had hardly any natural light and a mildew problem. We found a very. Ice place for the same price half a block away.

Very nice place, luxurious room - tv, aircon, fan, hot water. Little on the expensive side, but worth it if you're a couple looking to splurge.

We booked for two nights at first then added a third one and finally stayed for a whole week! Our room was spotless when we arrived and our tuk-tuk driver knew where it was. It also took us two minutes to walk to the main street. Besides the staff was very helpful four onward travel plans. It is a very safe place, there is night guard and a gate and you can leave your belongings in a safe during the day. Location perfect for morning alms and evening chanting.

Actually a really nice place, clean, really central and built in a nice style... But unfortunately some (more) money was "gone" from a jacket in our room. Without making anyone special responsible (we don't think it was s.o working there), there's no way WE mixed sth up- we checked EVERYthing! Sometimes the reception was not occupied although we were told that's not possible... It was our own fault leaving the money like that without thinking but sadly we literally had to pay the cost for it.
