Bathroom floor outlet not discharging fast enough. Lots of ants if you are not too careful with your food stuffs.

We can't really review our stay here because they wouldn't honor our reservation! But all ended well because they refunded our deposit and lined us up at hotel around the corner for a comparable price that was actually a lot better location.

A cute, little guesthouse with very clean rooms. There isn't lots of rooms so it probably isn't the best option for a lone traveller wanting to meet people. Nice location on the river

Nice location, in front of Mekong River. The staff doesn't speak english and that becomes a problem. There are no breakfast or tour desk.

Good location and atmosphere, nice warm shower, good AC. We thought we booked inclusive breakfast, but there was no breakfast at all. The bathroom was clean but there were stains on the bed and pillow. The staff was kind but didn't all speak English.
