Rafal and Michel are in charge of the place and do everything to welcome their guests. The place is nicely decorated and kept in a pristine condition. Breakfast and laundry are included in the price, which is a bonus. I definitely enjoyed my staying there and will make a new booking with them in my next trips to Krakow, HIghly recommended!

This place was really close to the central train/bus stations and the facilities looked modern and new. The breakfast is modest with bread and an assortment of different things you can spread on it (no eggs or sliced cucumbers/tomatoes like I've had at other hostels in Poland - if there was I wasn't told about it). My only complaint was that the hostel was hosting a group that was very loud into the late hours of the night and the woman at the front desk didn't do anything about noise control.

The location is good if you want to be close to the train station. The staff is really wonderful and nice. The breakfast is ok...bread with spreads and cereal and milk. There is always someone at the desk and you have to buzz in. There are only two bathrooms so there might be a line for the shower. Filtered water is provided if you don\'t want to drink the tap.

Great hostel. Quite a small place, but everything is clean and new. Good location for going to the bus/train station or old town.

Great location, spacious rooms with everything that a traveler might need, cozy kitchen, sparkling bathrooms and restrooms equipped with everything new, plus there's a free breakfast in the morning and tea/coffee available throughout the day. The place is probably the best hostel I have ever been to, and I've been to many. The thing I enjoyed the most though is the long evening conversation I was lucky to have with the owner of the place for this experience made my stay there truly unforgettable
