I had a problem at this place. I e-mailed with detailed info. You have not responded at all. I travel very often and when a situation arises that needs some kind of resolution, you were not there. As a result, I would hesitate in using you in the future.

The window was not well isolated and it was rather cold in the night. A boiled egg for the breakfast would be a very appreciated addition. For the rest it is very fine, clean and calm.

The whole house is very nice and clean. Our room is small two level room. The bed is on the second floor,it looks small but very comfortable. It offer hot drinks all the time. Breakfast is really good and has various food. It is the best hostel I have never stayed, I really like this place.

Lovely hostel with good atmosphere, cosy and comfortable rooms, but very poor ligth (reading is impossible). It is not true that it's situated only 5 minutes away from the railway station and the city center. 10 minutes is minimum. We appreciate very helpful, smiling staff, but we felt really uncomfortably (like thieves or else), when we went back for our left luggage, wanted to check something in the Internet and heard that we should leave.

Amazing place with very nice staff and service. Give everyone enough privacy and peace with good location in the town which is near the train station.The best hostel I'v ever live.
