everything has been very good. thank you. the parking place for the car was difficult.

great location! we just had an awesome stay!

Staff were excellent - always friendly and helpful, booked tours for me, gave advice, always courteous. Great facilities. Dorm rooms were relatively clean (floors don't get cleaned very often, i was there a week and they weren't cleaned the whole time). Otherwise had a very enjoyable stay at the hostel :)

South Beach Hostel was one of the best Hostel I stayed at!! The rooms were clean, also the bathrooms and the dormrooms were big enough, so that you not stepping on other ones luggage. It is just a few minutes from the beach and Ocean Drive and has a lot of restaurants close by!! Busses depart regulary, so if you plan to go somewhere than Miami Beach, you can go, and there is a bus bringing you to the airporrt (hostel), but you have to have your change ($2,35)!!

Pleasant atmosphere,friendly staff,clean rooms,excellent location,free airport shuttle,mix of open-minded people from everywhere...Perfect! )))))

Staff not friendly...

very rude and not polite staff (rude talks with clients, long waiting in from of the reception desk, night partying..)

Great breakfast, i mean: fruits (oranges, apple, bananas) baggels, cream chesse, butther, jellows, coffe, milk, pretty good. Good beds, good sfaff. Really good location, but for a good beach a recommend to walk some blocks to the 9 on ocean drive. Excelent kitchen, really complet. Awesome atmosphere. Wifi available if yoy have laptop or any wifi capable device. if you dont have, you need to pay for the use of the computers. This hostel is better than the one on ocean drive.

If you like to party this is the place to be, if not stay away...

When I walked into the hostel on my first day at the front desk was a female that was to busy with her cell phone to pay any attention to a new guest.She didn't even say give me a one sec please I'll be right with you or something instead she show angry face and walked away.During the entire stay her face did NOT change.All I can think is that she as well as other female that works w/her at the desk hate their job.Internet is available $2.00 for 20min. she charged me more than double $5.00!!

Very clean and great location but some staff members were very rude!

We had a horrible experience at this hostel. From the moment we entered the door the staff was rude and unpleasant. We witnessed two loud shouting arguments between the staff and guests. In one case the woman serving breakfast started yelling at a guest. The altercation nearly became physical as the staff member stomped out from behind the counter waving her hands and calling the guest a "white b**ch". After the guest left the room the staff all laughed saying they didn't give a f**ck.

Os funcionarios nao sao nada amigaveis. Sao grosseiros e nem um pouco hospitaleiros. Nao sao nem um pouco gentis. Cafe da manha fraco, muito fraco.

Staff was helpful with local information and with resolving problems at the hostel. Luggage room was not very secure. Breakfast was good.

excellent location on washington ave and only a block from the beach plus miami buses are really easy to use to get downtown. Place was nice and clean but only lockers for wallets and not bags. Facilities were nice and bar downstairs is always lively no matter what time. If you wnat to party this is the place to go!

free wifi only in lobby not in rooms. kitchen is very small and some important items are missing (bowls, enough silver ware, ...). breakfast is okay (bagles, orange-juice/coffee/tea, fruit). staff sometimes rude except the lady who served the breakfast sometimes (good morning darling). location is good (3 blocks to miami beach, closed to good shopping facilities). most nights very noisy on the hallway. cleanliness was okay, but the floors of the rooms should be cleaned more often.

This is a Party hostel- normal people should be warned before booking!

We didn't like that they rented rooms instead of beds, and they should offer a private bathroom option for an aditional price.
