This hostel was great, the staff was friendly and the common area was well-equipped with computers and television. The kitchen off the hostel was terrible. Can't even descripe the dirt.

My train was late so I had to arrive very late. I called and the reception told me not to worry and that she will wait (even though I found out later that she had an early morning class at FH Bremen the next day). I've encountered lots of arrogant and smart ass staff at other hostels before, but this one was very different. I had a great time at this hostel because of the nice staff.
