Hostel was exactly as expected, plenty of space and clean! Only problem was that I had to wait 45 minutes to check in, which was frustrating.

This place is filthy. The room was dirty, I had to ask for the guy to vaccum the floor and I wonder this they have ever cleaned the bashroom. You should avoid this place at all cost. Staff was not friendly at all. As they know this place is bad they is no refund policy. This hostel shouldn't even be listed on Hostelworld.com. Owner should be ashamed to offer such a dirty accomodation to customer. The front desk is always close and for checking-in you have to call someone, which is very annoying.

Proximity to the village is the only positive about this place. The room and bathroom were filthy! Rubbish scattered everywhere through out the room, bins overflowing, etc. Needless to say, management don't appear at all interested in the day to day running of the place. Staff are on-site to collect payment only, but don't expect to see them there, even if checking in during the advertised hours. Avoid.

This hostel is just outside whistler village which is ok as busses run in and out of the village quite regularly. That's about the only good thing about this hostel. There is no reception, when you need to check in/check out you must call a member of staff (as far as I could tell there was only one). My dorm was disgusting (4 bed male), full of rubbish, the floor had obviously not been hovered in weeks and there was even broken glass in spots on the ground. Don't stay here.

The shower and the bathroom were really quite disgusting but the rooms were nice and the hostel has a cosy, eclectic feel. Also, it would be good to have someone stationed in the office during the day. This was the first hostel I've stayed where there was often no member of staff available during peak hours, and several guests commented on the inconvenience.

A good base for winter skiers just a stones throw from the slopes but a 45 minutes walk to the town centre
