No complaints whatsoever. This great value hostel is in the heart of the city with great transportation options just a block away. We found our rooms we clean and big enough. Toilets etc were well kept. The biggest positive surprise were the free services such as gym and game room. And the movie room, whou! Can definitely recommend and would stay here again.

I was quite surprise by the good condition of the place. As this was my first time considering staying in a hostel,it made a good impression on me. The staffs are very friendly and helpful too.

Good and complete hostel, with gym place, a good beds and a large locker. Very big place with an average kitchen, just an observation about the cleanliness of the blankets. Is there an hour that It has to be washed in the life. The air conditioning, too strong, do not have the opportunity to open the window what turns the room cold and claustrophobic.

Bathrooms were a poor wet room design so the toilets were constantly flooded.

This place is amazing, and a real find! Would recommend to everyone. The facilities where out of this world and an army of cleaners working 24/7 kept the place looking great! Loved the dorm room with huge lockers, shelf, power points and reading light! Hot tub on the 8th floor was the icing on the cake!! Defiantly worth the money!!!!

Very clean hostel in a very good zone!

i think this hostel is best in melbourne. really clean room and bed it's enough to take a rest! and we could make lots of party in this hostel. This hostel have everything what you want

Modern, clean and safe hotel. I stayed in a dorm which had lockers large enough to fit all your luggage, and each communal bathroom is like an ensuite with a shower toilet etc, so you have it to yourself while you're using it. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the kitchen and gym facilties were great.

nice and clean hostel. first i stayed in a private room, without bed, that was wounderful. after that i moved to a six bed dorm, which was really tiny. and man you cant turn off the aircondition, bit off annoying, becaus cold and loud. but the staff is friendly, the kitchen is nice. prices are on a high level, specially during the australien open. cheers cornelius

Great staff during the day, pretty good location, most modern hostel I have stayed in. The worst thing was most of the backpackers that were there which is not any reflection on the hostel, most of them were not very friendly and not keen to chat but thats how it is sometimes. Great Hostel overall

Extremely clean, convienently located hostel with friendly, helpful staff and accessible facilites. I would happily stay there aqain and recommend it to anyone staying in Melbourne. Only negative I can think of was there was no hot water each time I used the shower, though talking to other guests they didn't have the same problem, must have just been a problem at that particular bathroom.

Great location and pretty clean. Nice individual bathrooms so you don't have to share with others even if you are in a dorm. Great comfortable bunk beds and good you get clean sheets and as many clean sheets as you like. When you are lucky there's soap in the showers (liquid) for you to use. the main thing is the great location. It's pretty clean and mainly if it's not it's due to the odd inconsiderate person. staff good but need to know more about melbourne.

We liked the facilities, especially the organisation of the kitchen. The place was quite clean as well. It was a little bit noisy though - there's a no noise policy but you can hear people quite well. Also there is a lot of noise from the street outside. Also there is constant air con in your room with no effective way of regulating it or turning it on or off.

We liked having a shelf and a light next to our beds, we thought the hostel lacked character and didnt seem a very friendly place. Good location though and good air conditioning

Great place to stay! We stayed in a private room over Christmas, very clean, comfortable & friendly staff. Good location, near to shops, bars & markets. Stayed in 6 bed dorm for new years, perfect room! Would definitely stay here again! Best place that we have stayed in Australia so far after doing the East Coast from Cairns! Highly recommend this hotel!! Staff are cleaning this place all day everyday!

Modern, clean, tidy, efficient staff, great facilities, good location for city. The one thing I did notice was a lacking some atmosphere, probably due to it's size and a bit of a transit hostel, many would only stay for a night or 2 I assume. Recommended for a short stop in Melbourne CBD

Great place, especially the kitchen terrace looking over the city is amazing! Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on what to do in Melbourne. Facilities are hotel level and always clean. Location is right at CBD close to free tram stop, Carlton italian district and Victoria market. Perfect for my one week holiday!
