The location is excellent. very close to La Rambla street, 5 minutes walk away. 2 minutes from the metro station. Nice area. The apartment itself is ok. But considering the price, it's definitely worth of money. It's not a professional hostel but it's clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend it.

This hostel was clean, had everyhing you need (towels, hair dryer, kitchen fcilities), and a good location - 5 minutes to Rambla, and 2 min to metro. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Very helpful and serviceminded staff. Great location in El Raval. Good facilities - it was particularly satisfying that you get your own key and can come and go as you please. All the basic needs and wants we had were covered. Only thing that was a bit unsatisfying was the at best very spotty/glitchy wifi. The staff meet you at arrival and are easy to get in contact with both by mail and phone before and during the stay. All in all we'd recomend this place for a calm and easy going getaway.

The servis of the hostel is really good. Salim picked us up on the metro station and took us to the hostel. Than told us the most important information about sights, transportation and also security in Barcelona. The location of the hostel is good. You can reach Rambla in 10 minutes walking and Sagrada familia in 15 minutes by metro. In 5 minutes distance there is a spanish supermarket Consum, where you can buy groceries. It was little bit cold in the room, but we had freezing weather.

We stayed there for 4 nights and everything was good. Especially the guy who is working there "Selim" was very very helpful. He is really friendly and he is doing everything for your needs. He even bought an iron table for us :) Location is also very good. Just a couple of minutes away from La Rambla street and St Antony metro station. Finally, this hostel is worth for the money you paid. Again, Thank you Selim :)

The location of the hostel is good - walking distance from La Ramblas and metro stations (we had a tourist card with unlimited public transport). We were given some good maps/information about the locality.

Good points: Very kind and helpful landlord, fast communication and willingness from his side. Quiet place although the city center is literally behind the corner. City guide and useful info provided on arrival, wifi, towels.. However: almost no furniture in our room, the flat is here and there falling apart, sticky and rusty bathtub, VERY sticky kitchen and NO electric (jug) kettle, only classic boiling kettles taking ages to boil water!

very good location, like 10 min to La Rambla, close to Plaza Catalunya. Salim greeted us with 2 cans of coca cola and gave us the small map of BCN. He was very helpful providing us with the information how to reach the tourist attractions, such a info can be useful for those who visit the city first time. It wasnt my first time in BCN, last time we slept in the 8 bedroom hostel for almost double price. Spain House Apartment is really value for money and offers better comfort! Anna & Soumya

Friendly staff, perfect location (5 minuts walking from the Rambla)!!!... The appartement and room aren't anything special but there are all the essentials and they are clean. In general it's far enough for the cheap price...

There are so many things that I could tell... Very cold, no heaters - we asked for a blanket and it was like we asked for a kidney transplant, in the end he brought us an electric heater too but to not much use, no regular hot water. The second day we were accussed of damaging his bath' corridor's wall, but in fact half of his walls are infiltrated and the painting just chips-off when closing the door. The host is a liar, has his own agenda - the last day we forgot the boy's milk bottle...

Spain house is a good apartment in the center of Barcelona. It's only 5 minutes to Rambla, to the bar street. ery clean, cheep. Salim was the very kind with us, very polite, gives usa lot of useful information. Very comfortable check in (24 hr). For the price that we paid it's the excellent variant. We enjoied our stay in Barcelona
