Definitely the best hostel I've stayed in Thailand! Great atmosphere, really relaxed place, with hot showers, free breakfast and great staff! If you coming to Pai, definitely stay at spicypai, you won't regret it!
Spicythai was a great place to stay. Good people and staff. It was decently clean. Cons were the bad mattresses and showers. The hot showers were cold and there were not enough for the large amount of people staying there. It's nice that they have a quiet policy so you can get some sleep and not be kept up all night
Staff is really helpful & friendly. It's got a diff vibe.. Gives u the feel of living a diff lifestyle.. Yes it gets cold & it's loud but that's all part of the exp.. Anyone choosing spicy Pai is aware of what it's like.. If u are looking for a fancy hostel this won't be it.. But while in Pai highly recommend staying a night or 2 here.. Worth the exp
One if the best hostels I've ever stayed at. Awesome location, only ten minutes out of town, but still feels like it is very secluded. The beds were quite good and roomie, and the atmosphere was sooo good! Recommending this to everyone
Really relaxed place! The loaction is beutiful and only a short walk from the town. Great place to meet loads of other travelers and backpackers. They do a weekly barbacue which is REALLY GOOD! All you can eat for only 150 Baht. The dorms are semi outdoor so it can get cold at night. Make sure to bring a jumper.
Loved it! Great vibes and people.

Cold & humid room, loud guests till late, staff ok but not super friendly scenery around is beautiful though but I'd choose another hostel in Pai

Was very very cold and mattress was a gym mat but other than that a pretty decent place for the cost. The man working at reception was very helpful and nice.
Amazing! A must stay in Pai as its an experience in its self!
Spicy was great, beautiful location and a lovely place to stay but SO COLD. Like freezing freezing cold, and then cold showers too. I was happy to move onto some place with warmth. Apart from that no faults. Comfy beds, lovely free breakfast, lovely staff, location and lovely dogs
not much for a hostel considering the walls are made of leaves, can hear anything and everything outside your dorm. Very cold nights so pack warm clothes. Beds aren't very comfy either. hard to get a good nights sleep with the hard beds, very cold night, and animals in morning.
It's located in the open field so it was peaceful. I would like to stay again next time. If you want to make some friends it's a good place
it was hard to tell who's works there, the shower was cold. We stayed in the mixed dorm with 26 beds and you could hear the lockers shake as people walked into the room. It was very cold At night so be sure to wrap up warm! 10/15 mins walk to town. Overall it was a different experience.
It`s a location (at least in high season) for hard-drinking mainstream Spring break people. Very young spring break party people stayed in the hostel. There wasn´t a relaxed or cool hippie atmosphere it was more an atmosphere like "who drinks more than the other". Price is fair. Open air dorm without fans.
Great community of people and easy to get in to town
Awesome hostel, great staff, nice atmosphere. Cold shower, but who cares! It's all about the fun in this place.
Showers were freezing cold. Everything else was perfect! Great staff.
Went for 3 days stayed for almost 2 weeks :) great staff and location is beautiful. Good vibes and lots of people to meet!
The most unique and best hostel experience I've had so far. Perfect type of hostel for Pai. Incredibly social and not far from the main town but would need moped to get to main attractions. Would 100% stay again just make sure you pack a jumper!
So hospitable and friendly environment. Definitely stay here again
