friendly, nice and helpful staff with pretty good knowledge of English, PC in the room, elevator, welcome drink, so so breakfast, good beds, calm - no noise from the street, clean, give you a map of the city

Had a single room without window which was really depressing. Noise of cleaning staff in the morning was annoying.

All hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, eager to fulfill over every need, most accommodating. Greeted us with friendly smile and always helpful-interested in our travels. Clean and tidy, always freshly towels, well-appointed, sufficient wardrode space, bathroom with lots of hot water. Breakfast was sufficient choice for us-freshly sqweezed juice-yum, continental breakfast very fulling and great to start the day. Thank to all staffs and keep up working,.

Everything was perfect .
