Reviews of Spring Guest House
yes it is out of town but that's why it is cheap. There are food options you just have to look, not all western. Great Chinese plate for $2-4 plates. ...

About Spring Guest House
Spring Guesthouse is one of the best budget options in Phnom Penh. With its professional management, thoughtful service and well-equipped rooms it offers real value for money. The location, just off Monivong Blvd, the city's main drag, is central but a fair hike from the main action.
An unfortunate typo on their card says 'bland new building', but while the five-storey maroon-painted structure looks anything but bland from the outside, the 50 'brand new' rooms are not about to feature in Vogue Living. Neither large nor lavish, they are, however, very functional for the money and come with two clean sheets - no need to BYO. All rooms are the same size and have a bathroom, a window and a TV with 60 channels of cable. Room prices vary depending on whether you choose fan or air-con, and hot or cold water. Downers here are the lack of food and, at certain times of year, mosquitoes, which can be a problem despite the net screens. But budgeteers might be pleased by the cheap laundry service, helpful advice and tour-booking services.
