The room was not very clean and it was expected to have an aircon but none was there.

Our room was very dusty and there were a lot of ants. We were not given toilet paper. There is not much going on in the area around the guest house (but it is close to the UK/Australia visa office, which is why we were in Phnom Penh) but it's a $2 tuk tuk ride to riverside and other more lively areas.

I have nice stay in here, and had great time in Phnom Penh. I hope that, I'll be back here soon.

this is probably the most average hotel ive stayed in. Neither good nor bad. The location is ok, staff are ok but speak little english, no breakfast, and there are loads of tuk tuk drivers waiting right outside the door of the hotel and THEY WILL hassle you everytime. But it is cheap and does what it says on the tin
