I really enjoyed my stay there. First of all - breakfast was superb! Location is nice and quite quiet :) Metro is very near :) Next time I'm coming to Paris, I will definitely choose Hostel Coulaincourt again :)

We left something behind and the staff didn't want to know us after we had left- not helpful at all when our belongings were still there but it seemed they couldn't be bothered to help. Other than that, great location, breakfast and mostly clean.

WAY OVERRATED ! We stayed in a 6 person dorm. Room had a constant awful smell. We asked for a soap which was missing, they said it was a DORM room so they have no obligation to give us soap ! Staff doesn't seem to understand traveller's need of lockers. Room was cold too. They give you an -obviously dirty-blanket which is not enough to keep you warm. You have to pay for another. Only reception have wifi. NO LOCKERS, NO WIFI IN THE ROOMS. NOT CLEAN. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY !

I stayed in this hostel just for one night and I liked it. Even if the staff wasn't friendly. The best part was the breakfast and my room-mates! I think I can come back there.

Location is perfect, just near the metro station. Rooms are not that big but very clean. Definitely recommend the place.

This hotel is a hip, safe, and clean place to stay that will no doubt enhance your time in Paris. It is just steps away from the metro station and the staff is very helpful. There is a complimentary breakfast and the rooms are comfy and have pleasant views. If you are looking for an inexpensive place that does not compromise on cleanliness or character- this is for you.

I actually really loved the location, it was a bit far from the main sites but I was able to walk to all of them (you have to like walking) and the metro is legitimately a 5 minute walk. The area seemed safe and I thought it was actually quite cute. The breakfast was the best of any hostel I've ever stayed at. The shower wasn't so great though. It was clean but it would randomly turn off and changed temperatures very easily. Made for an interesting morning.

Very nice hostel, right in the heart of monmartre. Quiet and a fun bar downstairs that has a good breakfast in the morning. Close metro and within walking distance of many things, sacre couer, moulin rouge and local parks. Everything was very clean and welcoming.

It's in the most beautiful neighbourhood in Paris. For my next visit I won't look for another place.

No outlets in the rooms, bunk beds don't have space for you to sit on the bottom bed. Small rooms, small bathrooms, no locks on bathrooms, no place to keep your small belongings safe.

Really good. Comfortable. The rooms, bathrooms, the staff, free internet, the breakfast... Only, If it's the first time you visit Paris, it will be difficult to find the location. But normally, you will find it. Anyway, the place is better than I thought. Great!

The atmosphere was close to a hotel even if the location offered hostel facilities. Hot water was a little problem. Staff was very welcoming. Advices: some staff members should improve their English; don`t leave doors open after room cleaning.

Rooms and bathrooms were cramped, but the bar and breakfast area had a great atmosphere.
