Unable to find the hostel, we had the address and even the locals didn't know where it was? We ended up booking into somewhere else due to walking around in the midday heat trying to find it.

The dorm room is lovely and kitted out really well but it's very small and I couldn't cope with sleeping so close to blokes I didn't know. It would be ideal to book with friends. The staff are fabulous and the pool is nice. There is a great outdoor space to chill and the location is great. The dorm room doesn't lock but there is a small safe in the room and you can keep bigger valuables in the office.

Very good welcoming, easy to check in and the staff were very nice and had a laugh with us. not much really i can recommend with out being petty so very good place to stay! Only that it would of been nice to have a knock on the door during the tsunami warning. Thank you for the stay.

We could not believe how cheap this hotel was when we saw the place. The rooms were amazing value. The pool was clean and staff were great. We even got a fridge and DVD player in the room. They offered to clean our room every day, gave us fresh bottles of water and clean towels which you don't usually get at hostel type places where they have dorms. We had a triple room and it was very nicely decorated and spacious. One of the best places we have stayed and not too far from the centre of town

Very good place, quiet because not very close to Bangla road but reachable within 5 minutes walking. Friendly staff!

The place is ok, location average and the staff is very kind. We just stayed one night and we had a nice experience. The rooms are very clean, they have safe box and it seems to be a family place eventhough it has a bar and lot of young people. there's a beautifull pool with a bar and free internet in the reception which is really good

Pretty good: not the greatest hostel ever, but by no means the worst. Plus: the other travelers I met her were some of my favorite from my vacation, so there's something to be said for that. Minuses: a bit grungy, the doors don't lock.

The single best thing about this place is the terrificly friendly staff. They are all really lovely ladies, and nothing I asked was ever a problem. The location is handy, with patong's main bangla road party area only a 10-15 minute walk, depending if you stroll or walk quickly. It was also very clean. I'd go back again, if I visited Patong.

great private room, dorm was also nice but not secure. location was a 10-20 minute walk from the "heart" of patong beach, but patong is crazy so i actually liked the relative seclusion.

Nice hostel/guesthouse. A much quieter atmosphere (especially for Patong beach), but this may have been due to the guests at the time. Staff are friendly enough, but not exceptional. Rooms are very clean and spacious (stayed in a private), however I would not necessarially class it as "luxury" accomodation, as there were no facilities that I did not experiance at other hostels not advertising as such. Would stay there again, but only for a "quieter" experiance.

I was happy with my stay at the hostel until I used the laundry service the day before I was due to check out. Unfortunately, not all my clothing was returned to me and the missing item also happened to be the most expensive item. The laundry service is outsourced to "Safe Laundry" in Patong. I brought the missing item to the attention of the hostel staff who then contacted the laundry owner by telephone. They then brought me to the laundry itself. The owner was adamant all clothing items were returned to me. One member of the hostel staff also asked how I can prove I did not get everything back when I requested to go to the local police station to make a report. We went to the police station but were left to wait to meet with the correct police authority. In the end, I asked to leave because there was no point to make a complaint as I was leaving Phuket in a matter of hours and I had accepted the fact that the particular item would not be returned. NO APOLOGY was offered by either the staff of the hostel or the laundry. It was a very disappointing way in which to end my trip after (luckily for me) more than one year of travelling without incident. If you stay in this hostel do not use the laundry service.

Great hostel, has all the necessary facilities, and even a safe box in the room. There is a pool, and internet as well which was really nice. It is well-located as well - close to Bangla Road, but off the main street so it is not too noisy. The only issue I had was that the bathroom was a bit dirty.
