It is overpriced compared to other places in the area - go to Singh House instead. Our room had no windows and no sink (the sink is in the corridor and is used by people on the whole floor). Don't rent a boat on the Ganges from the owners - they'll charge you 5 times more than what you can pay by walking to the ghat by yourself (3 minutes literally - just ask anyone where the ghat is).
