Nothing spectacular, but efficient hostel. Nice kitchen, but lacks a bit of character.

My 15 year old daughter and I really enjoyed our stay - we would have liked to stay longer than the 2 nights. we enjoyed meeting the wide variety of people staying there and had fun playing board games and conversing in the lounge int the evenings.

the mattress I slept on desperately needs replacing (middle bed if counting from either right or left of the room 4 (the one on the left of the bathroom on the top floor). it is so compressed where people's behinds go that I actually had to sleep with my back arched backwards. not so restful nights.

Very relaxing, friendly place. Nice lounge with dining table too. Sky tv and soft sofas, lots of them.

Awesome Hostel with great staff. Better facilities than any other hostel I've been too, especially having a full kitchen. Board games, free wifi and guest musician were all great bonuses and made the time fly by. Staff puts in a great effort to accommodate guest needs and make our stay more enjoyable. I had way more fun than I expected to and made some really great friends while staying here. Would definitely recommend to friends! Thanks so much! :D

This was my second stay at the hostel. It's location is very convenient if somewhat noisy (party people on the street below and seagulls in the sky above!) It is colorful, comfortable and has an interesting mix of clientele. I am an adventurous traveler for a middle aged woman so saving money and being in a good location is more important than star rating. This hostel is great for students and young adults who need a bed and safe, central location with a few amenities. Not for the spoiled.

We did not like the fact the beds weren't changed for each new hosteller. It is not nice sleeping somewhere when you can smell the last person. You are given a sleep sheet but you invariably end up with it by the side of you once you have slept a night in it. However the atmospere was great and the staff were fundamental in this.

Very good location, but have a very noisy fan that only goes out at midnight and starts at 8 AM and makes it very hard to sleep! also when its working the beds near it smell badly.
