The lockers in the room are useless unless for some reason you tend to carry around a deadbolt padlock with you instead of the regular travel ones/the ones that will actually fit the zipper locks on your bags. Was a bit let down on the quality since I've already stayed at St. Christophers in Prague which was amazing. Location is alright, it is still a fair walk to everything but at least there is a metro stop RIGHT outside the hostel.

Good hostel for price and location, but it does not have the "hostel atmosphere" at all: it's a huge international hostel with an international bar inside. Anyway, for that price is perfect!

Quite hard to find: there no clear direction from hauptbahnhof in confirmation letter and entrance is actually from "Belushi's" bar. Rooms are spacios, dorm's beds have curtains, individual reading lights and AC, spotless clean baths and adjoining bar is cheap and fun to hang-out, but security is terrible in this place! My bag was STOLEN from luggage storage and stuff can do nothing with it! God bless, there was no important things, just books, t-shirt and umbrella. BE CAREFUL!

This hostel should be much more interesting than it is. Good structure on bar and rooms should bring a nice atmosphere to the place, but it is not evident. The staff in general is not so receptive, they answer what you ask, but never make you feel welcome. Many times they seem stressed out or irritated with people around. It's nice, but it isn't definitely great. I wouldn't recommend it regarding so many other options in Berlin. (obs: St. Christophers are usually very nice, but in Berlin)

There is a bar underneath the hostel, where you can get good and cheap meals, and cheap drinks. Fortunately, you can hardly hear the noise upstairs in the rooms. The bad thing is that there is no guest kitchen to get yourself something to eat, the good thing is that the free breakfast is excellent! The dorms are big, but each bed is well seperated from the others, and can be closed off with al little curtain. All in all, it's not too shabby.

The only thing is the bar is too crowded with outside people.

No kitchen only a bar area when you had to buy there food and drinks. People partying in the rooms. My shoes got stolen. Some of the staff were rude.

Very good hostel, very good prices. The beds are superb - best I've ever stayed in. Only problem for me is that the WIFI doesn't work in the rooms, and also the power socket above the bed wouldn't hold onto a plug, it just falls out. But WIFI works downstairs in the bar. Great staff, great location. Will be back.
