Great location, staff friendly, breakfast included (which we needed to mop up alcohol and tiredness). We were lucky with the two others whom we didn't know that we shared a room with as they were great and good banter (there were two of us). Would admit it was noisy, but a dull thudding music sound that I personally found alright to sleep with. Whenever me or my friend went to have a shower we always had our pick as there are plenty of shower facilities, v.clean.

the breakfast was good, a step up from the st. christophers paris. it included nicer buns, meat, and cheese inaddition to the cereal, jam, coffee. the hostel has a pretty commercial feel to it, but its still a nice place to stay. very clean. wish there was a kitchen available though!

Great hostel, good storage facilities and a nice crowd. No communal area apart from the bar downstairs and no kitchens. The cleaners do a great job of keeping the whole place spick and span!

St. Christopher's is my favourite hostel and Berlin is my favourite city. Perfect combination.

everything was ok, but as almost always happens, no wifi in rooms, only in the common area. Why almost every hostel doesn't have wifi in rooms?, just buy a couple of routers and fix it!

Good hostel overall, cheap food and drink plus good location make it an ideal base for travellers. Weekends/football nights make the bar rammed and with the only access to the rooms being a small door across the bar it is a nightmare to get to the rooms, especially with a large backpack, also makes checking in on these nights a challenge as reception is part of the bar. No wi-fi in the rooms which although is stated before arrival is still a bit of a ballache.

I enjoyed myself at St Christophers. Good prices on drinks and food and came with a free breakfast in the morning. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Wish the wifi would have been able to reach the rooms as it sometimes became much too noisy in the bar (the only part of the hostel with wifi) to skype with friends/family. Also tended to be really loud. Not the place to stay for those who want to avoid a party hostel.

Generally very pleased with this hostel. The hostel offered some fantastic facilities such as free wifi, free breakfast, luggage lockers etc. Very well located (near to Alexanderplatz) and about a 20-30min walk from most main tourist attractions. Generally a very relaxed and chilled atmosphere and a fantastic bar area with unbelievably good drinks deals (Jager shots for 1 euro!!). Staff generally helpful but a little slow at times - I had to wait at reception for nearly 20 mins on one occasion!

Some of the bar staff were a little pretentious at times and forgetting orders because they were pissed. Other than that, it was great

The bathrooms were very dirty, I almost went my whole stay without taking a shower from being so grossed out. The entrance to the hotel is through a bar that leads to a dark creepy hallway to the elevator. The hallways smell like mold and feel very stuffy.
