Had an amazing time here. Stayed here for 3 nights and didn't want to leave. Met so many people. It's great that there is a bar and restaurant that you get discounts if you stay here. Great food too! Not far from the center easily accessible by metro or by foot about 30-45 mins. Great atmosphere, great staff, great people. Actually think it made berlin one of my favourite places! Only downside is the showers they where shockingly bad! Button press only lasts a second! 🙈
For the price i paid i expected something nicer... The electricity outlet next to my bed was broken. The curtains on the beds were good for privacy, but also made it really hard to talk to people. There was also no real common room, just the public bar downstairs, where everybody hung out with a group of friends, so for me as solo traveller it was not easy to meet new people.
The best thing about this hostel: breakfast (and it's included on the initial fee)
Considering the hostel is in Alexanderplatz I feel the hostel is fairly well located only 10 minutes by bus (20 minutes walk) to the most touristic locations. The rooms were cleaned every day, however there was a big difference between some dorms of the same number of beds... In the upper floors they were proper bunk buds attached to the walls with individual curtains and lockers. However in some other dorms there were only bunk beds very noisy and with no locker to keep the bags.
Great location- 5-10 min walk to the subway. There was a bar downstairs which was fun. The prices for the drinks weren't very cheap but the food wasn't priced too badly. We stayed at the 6 bed girls dorm and it was amazing! We had an entire flat to ourselves- including a living room and kitchen. There were two bedrooms - 10 girls altogether. Would recommend this place
Metro stop literally outside the front door which was great, best location of a hostel I have had on my travels. Rooms and facilities were average, but comfy and clean enough. Little loud if you are next to the street side but they sell ear plugs at the hostel. Common room was actually a bar but that was kinda cool cus it meant u could go out for a drink just by walking downstairs. Food was good price aswell there which was handy. Staff were pretty great to, always helped out with queries!
The location was excellent. Because of the breakfast the price was fairly cheap. Friendly staff.
Great thing about this hostel is its location and the bar. I really liked how close it was to the main train station and museums. The bar was fun at night as well. However, not very clean and not the best facilities. Good enough for a quick one night stay, but don't expect anything spectacular.

Just shows wear&tear of use and age. Well enough attended for a big hostel though. Shame the common areas are not more casual and home-like for solo travellers. Hard to meet people is a crowded noisy bar.
Party hostel! English people! All I have to say!
As you'd expect from Saint Christopher's. 1 night stay only
The staff and service was always there to help and we're friendly even during busy nights. The location couldn't have been better with the main center Alexanderplatz just around the corner. Great food and beer as well.
The hostel was nice but it's quite expensive for what you get. It's a basic dorm room and it's pretty pricey for it. If your travelling alone I would look for somewhere with a common room because although the bar is fun everyone is already in groups and it can be quite intimidating. Perfect location though and lovely staff :)
St Christophers is always at a good standard. Always clean, the staff are helpful and Belushi's has good food and drink deals. Berlin is no different. Although it is not as fun as the one in Barcelona (Berlin doesn't organize social activities), it is not too hard to meet people and have a fun time. Like many larger hostels in can feel a little like a hotel. The privacy curtains on the beds are always bonus.
Great place. The best hostel I've been to. Great atmosphere and variety of age groups.
Reception staff were very rude and unhelpful (Bar staff were great). The rest of the hostel was okay. Having a bar instead of a kitchen/ common room is good for short term guests, less so for long term hostel guests i'd say.
Absolutely loved this hostel. Great dorms, great showers, great bar, great staff, great atmosphere, great location, good wifi and a free breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay there again - I was sad to leave! Rooms can be warm, and the bar gets warm but this is the same everywhere at this time of year. Cannot stress enough how great this place is, especially for solo travellers. So much love.
Great hostel, bar is excellent and they do cool evening activities. There is also a free tour of Berlin leaving from the hostel every day which is well worth going on. We loved our stay and 100% would go back again as I fell in love with the city too! 3 days was NOT long enough!!!!
Staff was very unfriendly, by far the worst st Christopher that I've stayed in
Very good value for money. Although very warm with no fans, it was 37 degrees outside so was to be expected. Friendly staff and reasonable facilities, a worthwhile stay with a good atmosphere.
