Hostels that are run as part of a chain operation lose something in the process. Otherwise,if it were not for some of the staff it would be rather unremarkable as a hostel.

the doors in room 9 (8-bed-mixed dorm) are squeaking. that's really annoying, when the people going to toilet, breakfast or haveing a shower in the morning and you wanna sleep. so lubricate them with oil or f.e. with WD-40. cheers!

Heating in the room was up way too high - it was roasting with the windows wide open in December

Well situated on the Camden high street beside a market every morning. About 20 mins walk from Euston Station. 20 mins walk to the Regents Park Zoo. Friendly staff. The sheets and shower were CLEAN! Bring earplugs if you're not used to traffic noise. 24 hour bar downstairs means you can get a coffee at 4 am!

When I first arrived, the shower was all brown, and there were bits of wood and unidentifiable objects and screws on the floor. It was scary. I couldn't even find the floor bathrooms because they were unmarked and I didn't want to go snooping around trying to find them. The room's bathroom did get cleaned the next day, in time for all of the other guests to arrive, but I was scarred with the image of what the bathroom had looked like upon arrival and so didn't want to use it.   Read Owner Comments
