Very nice hostel ! Staff was proficient and friendly. As a group of 5, we appreciated being accomodated in the same dorm as requested . Dorm itself was perfect (very good matress). Breakfast was fine. Only problem was thé shower (Cold !), very well managed by the staff. All in all a very nice stay !

I only stayed at St Christopher's for one night but it was a good night and I was very impressed with the security. The breakfast area was a bit sticky/crumby in the morning but then I had arrived at the last possible second. ;) The bar from downstairs is a bit loud so I wouldn't recommend staying if you need an early start but if you're happy to go with the flow, it's a good place to hang out at night.

The staff were friendly and helpful, I had a room onthe first floor and had no trouble with the noise from the bar. the chill out room was also excellent.

Good food, fun place, common area with people to meet, the staff is friendly. Camden market is right down the street and the nightlife is good. The killer for me was the shower. Maybe it was just my room, but I just couldn't handle three days of never warm water. The Internet is extremely buggy as well.

I've stayed at this hostel many times and it has become one of my favourite places to stay. I absolutely love Camden Town and St Chris Camden reflects the easy and laid back nature of Camden that I love. The staff have changed over the times I've stayed, but no matter who is working behind the bar, a friend is there to be found. Hang out with the staff, they're always fun to chill with and have one, or twenty beers. Get into Camden, you'll never forget it!

awesome lochacshe. showers were cold even though staff had been notified of this. maybe not their fault. staff ok. tried to rip me off by a couple of pounds when buying drinks. if this happens once its a mistake; twice and its either theivery or poor maths. free wifi as all st c's should.

My friends and I had a really good time in St Christopher's Camden. The staff was really nice, cool and helpful when needed. Camden is also a great place to stay!!! Finally, for the price, I definitely recommend you to stay there.

They should hand out ear-plugs ... it's really loud up in the sleeping rooms when footballs on. or disco night. other than that ... lovely.

Excellent value for money!! Room was small but cosy, we had our own bathroom and if you dont like the standard bfast( cereal/toast) a full english breakfast or bacon pancakes are cheap to buy :) location was excellent next to two underground stations- staff was always very helpful- there is no curfew and your card allows you to go in and out- and Camden is just amazing for a night out. although the hostel is above the bar- we never heard much music- always slept well after a full day out :D

the market stall people where making lots of noise veryearly in the morning waking people up. maybe there needs to be thicker windows, or the hotel can ask the market folks to keep it quiet before say 10 pm. it seemed to start at 6 am

We booked a 6 people room but we couldn’t have it. They split us into 2 rooms of 8.They had forgotten that we were staying 2 nights so they made us change from one room to another .The manager was unfriendly. We were not happy but he couldn’t see why: “What’s the big deal? It’s just to sleep” and became mad at us because we were complaining. He laid the blame on Hostelworld! The rooms were just above the hostel bar so we had very loud music (the beds were vibrating) until 3AM and 2AM...
