The location is really good: near two tube stations, supermarkets, pubs, bars, Camden Market... The hostel is clean, although it needs some refurbishment. You need to bring your own lock. Would come back again.

Definately not the best hostel i've stayed in, but not the worst I thought it was quiet expensive for what you got, the rooms where average and the shower and toilets could have been cleaner. Also the rooms where ridiculously hot with the heating turned up way too high so you were constantly sweating which made for a crappy sleep. I asked staff if it was possible to turn the heating down but nothing happened. Also dont expect to sleep before 2am as the music in the bar is very loud most nights

The hostel itself was decent enough, but the thundering music and excessive heating utilized made it the worst part of the London experience. That is to say: London is outstanding and the hostel was less-than-accomodating.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The location was brilliant for exploring camden and the pub crawl organised by the hostel was fantastic! Lots of places near by to get food...a general shop just next door for buying basics if needed, Rooms all clean, great lively bar downstairs, under the bed storage cages very secure (bring a padlock)I would stay here if Im in camden again!

The heating wasn't working at the first day. They offer breakfast, but at the first day there was anything there, we needed to wait them to buy some food and it was everything below average. The staff was unable to help me find what I wanted in the city. The room was two small (I stayed in a 2-person private room). There was only hot water available for the shower (I can take a shower that is too hot because of my skin). The room seemed a little bit dirty.

Had a great experience staying there! Loved the atmosphere and met a lot of cool people. Cleanliness-wise however, it could step up just a little bit!

Good location (though not in the central of the city) with kind staff. But I wouldn't recommend to stay for more than 2 nights. The place seems a little bit dirty. There's only an under-bed cage to keep our luggage and we need to prepare the padlocks by ourselves.

Good hostel in a good location in Camden, London. Friendly staff, card security on the doors is good, padlocked under-bed cages seemed to be well maintained now (take your own padlock or buy a bike lock from the pound-shop next door!) Reception will give you a discount card - this also shows at the bottom your room number and bed number. make sure you read this and get the correct one! Many don't! The upstairs toilets with basins could do with a shelf to put your stuff on while washing!

Not many electric outlets in the room, but some were in the chill out room downstairs, and some in the breakfast area/pub. The rest was fine. (Mornington Crescent was the closest Tube station)

only thing I didnt like is that you have to pay for lockers after your check out, camden is a really cool area with market china town like.

Don't rate it, but don't hate it. Stayed for one night as a stop over between cities, great location and atmosphere, not the cleanest place I've ever stayed in but clean enough. I'd stay again for the same reason though I probably wouldn't stay for longer than a couple of nights

stayed at this hostel for 3 nights, i got about 3 hours sleep each night because of the music been played down stairs in the pub. tha walls and floor vibrated till 3am every night .the staff didint care when i complained. this hostel is basically a busy pub with a small hostel upstairs. if you want a place to get your head down after a busy day around london i would give st christophers camden a miss.i definately wont be going back.

You can feel the subway riding below the hostel in the common room. Didn't notice it in the bedroom though. Bunk beds can be wobbly. Friendly atmosphere with pub in hostel.
