Truly nice place to stay, very gentle staff and safe! The location is great, near two subway stations. Whenever I come back to london I will stay there.

very good hostel. cheap and clean, really close to camden town and the tube station. you'll have no kitchen but there is a pub at the ground level with cheap meals. showers are into the rooms. the staff is friendly.

if you stay in room 9, be aware: there's mould and bugs in the bathroom. by the way, you have to share one shower and one toilet with 7 other people . during the night it's loud, no matter in which room you stay. the only day we wanted to eat down in the bar, there was no cook in the kitchen, can't tell you why. the common room was dark and not really nice. staff was ok, but a little bit cheesy. to be honest, the only really good thing about this hostel is the location, we loved camden.

I think its the worst hostel in terms of staff. The bar may be fun for many but was not for me as my bed would shake till 2am due to loud music and noises at the first floor. One night the bar employees came in the room with loud noises at 2am and woke up a person in our room saying that he has to come to the counter. After he came back and we slept two more bar employees banged the room aand started shouting ... third time three people started shouting in our roomat 3am. No sleep for us.

From the minute we arrived Che (Shay? sorry not sure on spelling) and Tomas made us feel extremely welcome! We enjoyed their warm hospitality & if we were ever back in London we would absolutely stay with you again. You guys pretty much made our night!! Oh, and the big security guy (the one who has 4 kids and said he was psychic) was a big teddy bear even though he seems a bit tough at first. You need to give these guys a pay rise as they are what makes customers like us come back!!! Cheers

My stay at St Christopher's Camden was the highlight of my visit to London from Australia. The welcoming and caring nature of the staff turned around, for me, what previously a 'nighmare trip'. Thankyou so much! I would very much like to come back someday.

Very good location, nice staff, clean and comfortable. It's located above a pub which closes at 2am, so it's not a quiet place. But the traffic is very heavy anyway, so in our case the sound of the pub did not bother us much and we slept quite ok the whole weekend. Breakfast is offered in the pub, is simple but i loved it!!

Thomas and the staff were great! and when our door swipe keys failed they did everything possible to fix it in a timely manor which they did. bar looked nice stayed in room 9 which was terribly over crowded with torn blankets and terrible pillows. Windows would only open a slit and were locked which one wonders about a fire code issue. far too little space. 8 beds is 2 too many for that space. bathroom ceiling was mouldy. Breakfast free but you get what you pay for. toast cereal milk juice

Our stay at St. Christopher's Camden was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, location was great for nightlife and the staff was so friendly and helpful! I think the staff made the visit the best. Nick made my travel mate and I hot toddies when we were feeling sick, Natalie is so nice, Abby had very entertaining cleaning visits to our room, Thomas and Alfredo are very fun bartenders, and Che knows how to show you a good time ;) We had a great time, looking forward to coming back!

The locker provided with the bed was big enough to fit my gym bag, book bag, and still had room to spare. All linens & sheets provided, no need to bring your own. If you're out of plans, their pub has a fantastic pub crawl almost every night. Location of the hostel is also a short walk from 2 underground tube stations.

great place to stay, the staff are very friendly and helpful and do everything they can to make sure your stay is a good one. the bar prices are good, and cheaper then most other places in the area. whether its a night at the bar or your going out its very close to some great spots in camden. stayed here twice now and will definately stay here again. thanks to all the staff for making my stay an enjoyable one.

Very well located, but could be a little bit annoying if you are not looking for party every day, because the rooms are near the bar and there is loud music every night. Besides, the chill out area is hot and dirty and the breakfast is not that deal. I would go back there again because I am not sure that the city offers a better hostel than St Christopher's. I searched for and decided to couchsurfing after that.
