Good hostel, handy for the 02, reasonable brekkie, chill lounge with kettle and microwave and TV. Wifi hard to connect to.

The breakfast was very poor. Theere were no spoons or bowls for the cereal. I expected the breakfast to be much better based on the web description and the check in clerk.

It is a great place to stay IF you know to catch the overground train through 2 stops to London Bridge rather than the SLOW DLR. Also the overground did not work on a Sunday. I'd stay here again. However be prepared the internet is currently not working and the normal internet is in a bar which is bad if you want to securely book things. However it is a short bus ride from Tesco Lewisham and close to heaps of shops and a market.

You have to take this hostel for what it is: a sleeping place above a pub, with consequent advantages and disadvantages. A bit of a shame there are no cooking facilities, but breakfast is included in the price, which is reasonable for London. The hostel staff are excellent, but I found the security guards at the pub entrance intrusive and rough around the edges.

A nice hostel but there is a serious problem with the squeaky floors. They get to your nerves especially when people come in and out in the middle of the night. The Wi-Fi was not working all the times and was down for 2 days. The breakfast was ok but on Sunday for no reason there was no breakfast when I went down at 9:20.The shower rooms were really good.Overall I would recommend it for its location (next to the train station and in the heart of Greenwich) and for its chill-out atmosphere.

Great bar and awesome place to just hang out, bit far from the city centre and any sights.

Well, the cleanliness was really not appropriate. I think the hostel is focused on different target group. There were people hanging out which didn't seem to pay any attention to clean environment at all. The toilets were really dirty as well the basins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I arrived here by mistake in fact, because i tought I booked on central London. Then in Greenwich, I was not beside Trafalgar square. Good surprise in fact, there is a familiar atmosphere, because of the location and the size of the site. Located in the borrow of Greenwich, thats a small party place in a quite area. I was happy to find french speaker staff ( Sebastien and Aurelien ] If you are and you are not speaking french, they will give you some tip have a great time there,, will come back

I had a really great time at St. Christopher's Greenwich. The location is prime, the pub downstairs is fun, and the food is good. Its a great place to meet other travelers and have a good time. The staff is also friendly and helpful; especially Aurelien, who was thoughtful, helpful, and a lot of fun.

I thoroughly enjoyed this hostel. It's a great introduction into backpacking. the staff are soo friendly, the beds are for the most part clean and the location is not far from the city centre. It's only about 10mins from london bridge. If you're after a real PARTY hostel and a place that's easy to get to after a night out, this place probably isn't it. But if you're after a quaint english town (lots of period dramas are filmed in greenwich). Toilets never flush. showers are fine.

Truly more a party hostel... The reception is in the bar underneath the hostel. When I arrived there, the music was so loud, that I could hardly understand the girl checking me in. Considering this, the room was fairly quiet. The washrooms could be cleaner, and it is quite annoying to have to push the button every few seconds to keep the water in the showers running. No kitchen, but breakfast was included, so fair enough. Thumbs up for free wifi and lockable boxes under the beds!

St Christopers Greenwich is nicely situated outside of Central London but is just a short 10 min train ride into the center via London Bridge. The hostel is so easy to find as it is beside the train/dlr station - but be aware that reception is located at the far right end of the bar (Belushis). Internet is only really available in the bar or chill out room but gets you out of your room. An overall friendly place to stay.

The only complaint I have is that I specifically requested a female dorm and was put in a mixed dorm.

I did not have a good time here. The showers and taps were the water-saving type that you had to press every minute. Even though the bathroom was mostly clean, many of the toilets did not flush, and the showers were wet all over. The hostel itself is like a maze, with steep stairs and you have to go through 4 different doors from your room to the bar. Even more doors to the luggage room. The floors creek loudly when you walk. The beds often get mixed up in dorm rooms. Overall i was disappointed.

Hostel: OK, but poor extra-service (no towel, no breakfast the 2nd day). A little bit far from the center of the town and noisy (located above a bar/pub).
