the rooms are nice enough, good and clean and the people I met were friendly. It doesnt have a great hostel feel 'cos it's just rooms and bathrooms but whats there is good! A common room would be good, but the bar did suffice, though it was the ruin of me

Its a little difficult to check in during happy hour(6-8pm) as the reception is part of the bar and staff are busy serving despite that they were accommodating and friendly. Rooms, showers and toilets were clean. Breakfast is basic but was enough to start the day upon. The lounge area was very small and no kitchen, microwave or kettle which was disappointing. But the most fabulous thing about it is that the tube stations Picadilly District and City Lines are <2min walk and stations has lift

Shower problem seemed to be resolved, they were ok for a hostel. Street noise is not a problem in some rooms, I stayed in 204, 8 bed mixed ensuite. Hostel is too institutional for my liking, their pricing changes every day and is always cheaper online than at reception (which is a public bar). They have no common room and even have their own TV channel. Can be a cheap option if you book ahead but don't expect to extend your stay for same price.

My room was tiny (305), it was not suitable for 4 people. there were only 2 lockers which were both take when i checked in leaving me no place for my valuables. The light on my bed was broken which was also a pain. The hostel could benefit from a chillout room also but the staff were all lovely and very helpful.

unfortunately the reservation system overbooked our 8 bed room so we had to sleep in a 6 bed one, which was not too bad ;) the staff was very friendly & concerned & helped us quickly. rooms look very nice, comfy beds, nice atmosphere, clean, good location (right next to tube station & pub included!) negative: expensive if you wanna extend your stay (always book it on the internet!) & the milion stairs that lead to the room! puuuh we were exhausted :) but in a nutshell: we'd go there again!

Toilets were very bad. Lively atmosphere, with a bar on the ground floor.
