The common room is the pub so don't expect to chill out here. Incredible views and right next to the surf beach - for those mental enough to surf in england. Brilliant location overlooking the bay and the coastline. Was so nice to wake up to the crashing waves of the sea. Great bathrooms and toilets, very clean place, and very friendly. Location could not have been more perfect & the staff were overall very friendly. We had a private double room with its own toilet and shower. The 'bathroom' was pretty grim & the cleanliness of the room was bad. The walls are paper thin, but what do you expect for a hostel?! Just don't go expecting a good nights sleep. But even so, I would recommend the hostel. Its convenient, cheap and basic. We were not there expecting luxuries and we left having had a wonderful time. 7/10 Location could not have been more perfect & the staff were overall very friendly.
