Great location, next to everything, bars, beach, supermarkets, etc. Couple of negatives. Firstly, no lockers / baskets in the dorms. Secondly, the nightclub downstairs is very loud if you are trying sleep. As I only stayed 2 nights, it did not bother me too much, but pretty much impossible to sleep before midnight from what I could see... Bring ear plugs if you want to. Overall though I enjoyed it very much.

The hostel is set up to be really a party location with a bar on the ground floor and events running to the wee small hours most nights. The Escape Surfschool is right next door so it is convenient for stag and hen parties and the like taking a taster lesson. If you have come to surf seriously avoid this hostel as you won't sleep. I wore wax earplugs and struggled to drown out the music (finished at 2am) and then had a couple getting amorous in the same room. The breakfast is good.
