Mainly it was good. Please you should precise in the mail that the reception is not as the same place as the room itself. As far as I'm concerned, I found the price really high for what it was. But otherwise it was OK.

Moody, unhelpful staff at the check in desk. Felt really awkward checking in, like I was an inconvience. Good Location, right across from the London bridge tube, that does of course make it noisy at night but that was fine. Bathroom and bedrooms were clean enough, towels however are falling apart and badly need replaced and the shower room was disgusting, mouldy floor. Bed was comfortable.
