So when we first got there. There was problems! I had booked and paid for a 6 bed dorm(one more then we needed) so me and my 4 friends could share a room as we hadn't seen eachother go ages. But was told we would be split up and both groups would be sharing, we wasn't happy! But after explaining to the staff we wasn't happy they did everything they could do help us out. They even moved people around for us. It sounds horrible on our part but we was all doing some serious drinking. Lovely :-)

We stayed in a double bedroom ensuite, and it was worthed for the price. The room was clean, also the bathroom, sometimes it runs out of hot water in the shower. The breakfast is mediocre. The location is great, underground at the door to the central line. It can be noise if people are in the balcony smoking and drinking at the bar downstairs, in winter not so much as it's cold outside. It had heater on the room which is perfect, and facilities are great, computers and lockers. Staff is friendly

Conveniently located between two tube stations and over the road from a massive shopping mall. Good value for money. They definitely change the sheets in between guests. Breakfast was nice.

This is the third time I have stayed here. The room I stayed in was very warm and noisy- bad plumming noises (room 3). i didnt have this issue last time as i was room 4 both times. its in a good location - zone 2 on the tube line, opposite the tube station and walking distance to a couple of shopping centres, take away shops & great pubs/bars. they give you a free breakfast which is good. bar staff seem friendly, but not the cleaning staff.

The bathrooms were dirty, and it was very loud until 2am on a Thursday night. Good location if you want to stay up all night, but not if you want a good night's rest.

Close to the tube, good location, but bathrooms can get pretty feral.

My stay here was less than lovely - cold shower in a small, dirty bathroom, no sleep due to the bar being situated immediately under the hostel. The location is good, it's directly across from shepards bush train station, breakfast was simple but good, the staff were friendly. It is quite good value for money, just be prepared for what you will get.

Everything was OK, especially compared to most hostels. Just keep in mind its above Belushi's Bar. It was always loud until 11-12, and the hostel rooms are stuffy so if your windows open you'll definitely hear it all. The bathrooms were always dirty, made it a miracle to find a clean shower. Wear flip flops in the bathroom, thats for sure.

This hostel is very near to the tube and bus stops. Even so, it is a 24h shop and 24h food only 50meters far. The hostel it realy ok to stay. Thank to all staff.

Because of a window missing in the room closed by a plastic bag it was really cold inside the room at night. There were hairs in our private shower and in the room also. The breafast was poor and the plate and the spoons were really dirty. Too expensive for what we got!

I thought it was a really lively, welcoming place. It's an interesting concept to have a bar / hostel and it works so well. Thanks so much for making my stay a great time.

I enjoyed my stay here again. The only complaint I have is that the toilets and shower area's were a bit untidy and messy with wet toilet paper on the floor in some parts. This is not a massive deal however, as I have stayed with St Christophers both in London and in Berlin and Amsterdam and have always enjoyed my stay and will continue to use them in the future. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the communal TV lounge area is brilliant and cozy. Thanks for the stay!

A really cool hostel, great value for money. Only detraction is that the lockers have a fee, but they were the most secure lockers of any hostel I have stayed in.

Excellent staff, love the lockers under the bed, and the mattresses are good quality. The lack of a kitchen is the obvious minus.
