Hooks in the room would be welcome to hang up coats/towels, etc, in order to maximise the limited space in the rooms. And a later check-out at midday would be welcome, particularly given that no-one enters the room really to clean it till about that time (at least in the top floor room in which I stayed). Chill-out room can be pretty busy in the evenings, and often there´s not enough chairs to sit on.

The location of the hostel is its only good quality. Also, the hostel is comparatively clean, and the breakfast is alright. The hostel is very poor when it comes to customer care. Their bed allotment system is a mess and the access card goes off many times in a day...so get ready to sleep with another person! The worst part is...few of the front desk staffs are rude !

Staff was nice, helpfull and friendly. Location is just great. I liked the 25% off on food and drink in the bar. Would be cool to have more pluggs in the rooms. The huge lockers underneats the bed are great too. Brfst is good too. So, thx guys! :) I'll be back for sure!

Had another good stay at St Christophers Shepherds Bush :) The staff were brilliant, the location ideal (right next to Westfield and all amenities), it was warm (snowing outside so needed that!) and the room was well ventilated and comfortable. Excellent specials at the bar for food and drink too :)

Just a wonderful experience. Staff makes all the difference. Lovely Shell and Jackie made sure all my needs were met and I was most comfortable. They were attendive and efficient to sort out any of my problems and needs. I had a wonderful time in Sheppard's Bush. I have to say the best experience was the Chill Out Room so nice atmosphere no one wants to leave.

The best part of the hostel was all the staff, pat the big australian bloke was and absolute legend, he taught me how to bend my elbow and kick my height he was absolutely fantastic. Brielly was amazing and made my stay all the more enjoyable she was very helpful and knowledgable of the area, would definitely go back..

This hostel was in a very good location across from Shepherd's Bush station. It's close enough to the major sites and extremely close to the tube station. The Westfield Mall is a nice plus, and there are a couple of great grocery options close by. The hostel itself is good. It's not the coolest in terms of atmosphere, but it has the potential to be a really fun place. The main bar area is a good place to meetup and the chill out room was great to relax in. Everything was good by hostel standards

Second stay here, and the location right next to Westfield and the tube station is very convenient for shopping and getting into the centre of London quickly. Rooms are adequate size (I was in a 6-bed dorm) to move about and not fall over other travellers luggage. Underbed locker cages keep you bags secure. Breakfast is basic but there is plenty of it and good value included in the room cost. Can be some noise from the bar on the bottom floor, so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

It's well located, in front of a subway station. The problem is that wherever you want to go, you need the underground, that is not cheap. The luggage storage is very safe, but you need to pay. After the check in, you can use the locker in the room (don't forget your padlock). Although it's not stated in hostelworld, they have a microwave oven in the common room, and there's a small supermarket just in front of the hostel, where you can buy frozen food and save some money.

This was the second time I stayed at St Christopher's. The location is good the staff are lovely - very friendly and helpful. I stayed here as I'm relocating to London so the atmosphere and group activities were a bit lost on me (I just needed a place to rest my head) but I think if you were travelling it would be a really fun hostel to stay at.

To say that we enjoyed ourselves would be an understatement. The location next to the tube station made it an ideal and perfect locale for us. Our belongings and safety was always secured, and the staff was delightful. From recommendations to lovely chats, the staff came off as helpful and like long-lost friends. Namely, Charley for all her sweet kindness and help, Kelly Smith for being a class A problem solver, and the illustrious chef Mikey for his fabulous meals and great conversation.

Had a great time! It is close to shops, the train/bus/tube station. Excellent party vibes! And the staff and common room were awesome. I loved it so much I booked myself an extra 3 days.

Really nice staff and rooms. Basic breakfast but totally fine with me. If you need a clean and comfortable bed for little money, the St.Christophers Inn is perfect.
