I had a very positive experience. The staff are professional - this is not something you always find - and is better than merely being "nice", "friendly" etc (though they were also that). The beds were very comfortable and clean. The lack of a kitchen is a bit of a minus but having said that there is at least a microwave, and they are happy to provide you with cutlery should you need it. The breakfast is good quality for a hostel.

Nice hostel all around, but could do with lockers in the rooms. i enjoyed my night here though and even got a pretty good night's sleep!

Hi, Thanks for the feedback, glad you enjoyed it. There are actually lockers in every room. They are under the bed, just need your own padlock.

Location was very good and the staff were very friendly but not always professional!! We stayed there three nights, two of them in a double bed room with ensuite facilities that we could not used at all!! what was the point to pay for that? Sink was blocked as soon as I tried to wash my hands, Shower was cold cold cold!! It was on a Sunday we mentioned this to the reception twice, nothing was fixed or even apologised for the inconviniences, we left on Tuesday, very poor management!!

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. We apoogised about the sink and that you thought the shower was cold. Upon inspecting the shower we fouund the water to be hot, you just had to give it 30 secs to get threw the pipes. We also offered you both free meals for the inconvienence caused. Sorry if this didn't come across that way. Enjoy your onwards travels

The rooms need better ventilation, mine smelled like feet SO BAD. A guy PEED in my room the first night! disgusting

Hi, Firstly thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately we can not control other backpackers smelly feet or bad behaviour, however if you informed our night porter we would of removed the guest who peed and cleaned up the room for you. Enjoy your onwards travels
