Almost everythingw as excellent./ A very friendly hostel which is the reason I choose to stay here for my visits to London. My only pointers would be that the Toilet's could be a bit cleaner. they could possibly do with a refurbishment. Also a TV or two for the residents would be awesome.

This Hostel is still one of the funniest where I had the chance to stay, that's a shame that they had a heater problem this time.

I had an awesome stay! My friends and I had a really good time and I love all the events you guys put on!! My only complaint would be no hot water from the sink taps! Makes shaving a chore! Thanks though!!

Reception staff need proper customer service training . Most were good but one was downright dreadful - consistency needed. Policies need to match policies at other St Christophers especially regarding discounts. I simply don't know whether every member of staff is applying discounts in the same way. On my current booking 5th to 9th Feb no discount applied. Customer loyalty? Also, the 121 site down the road had a major heating problem. Charlie the manageress was good

The hostel was very easy to find from airport, no hassle and close to London Bridge tube. Accessible to major attractions and walking distances to lots of places and Borough Market on the weekends. The hostel itself is fine, always had a cleaning person but the toilet were never flushed so often clogged. The staff weren't too helpful with information and often answered yes or no, only one person was thorough. Easy to meet people at theme events in bar downstairs mostly. Recommend for closer.

A great hostel to stay some days in the centre of London. Very close to the main sightseeing points (Tower Bridge, Borough Market ... ). People should be prepared to party a lot due to the pub/bar in the 1st floor of the hostel (which is a really nice one). Good and cheap restaurant inside plus Sainsbury next to it.

Fantastic hostel! Big rooms, comfy beds, big lockers in rooms as well as secure lockers in common room. Clean bathrooms (mostly) with good showers, laundry facilities, wifi that reaches everywhere. Good breakfast, great common room, great bar downstairs with cheap food and drinks. Definetly a party hostel but if you want somewhere quieter there are 2 other hostels on the street from the same place so u can still use the facilities. Only thing it needed was a kitchen.

Bathroom and toilets were not clean enough. Staff is extra friendly, that was awesome. The security people at night were extremely unfriendly and very rude with guests

Well, these is not my first hostel, so I know the average! At night there was always noice of sat people in the hall. We sleep in a private room. One night we heard a man saying to the staff that he sleeps on our room. If we don't cried, he was on our room... To chort receipt at the beginning. The breakfast was normal for a hostel like these. Usefull pay-lockers. Not clean but no dusty carpets. Jan

Some girls in the reception and bars were nice, but guys totally not. I didn't like it. They're kind of snobbish. The place is not really clean, toilets with problems, and area for showers not so clean. Common room is ok, but only one microwave oven for all the people caused some troubles. Internet connection is ok, but some people found it hard to get some connection. Location is good, you can go everywhere, and also, there's a supermarket just accross the street.

The hostel is really great, but unfortunately I had a problem and it seemed like my reservation was canceled. The problem was that one day I was sleeping in a room and the next day there was someone on my bad. That was a problem because I had to wait for almost an hour before they could get me another room. Although this happened, I would easily be on this hostel once more.

The first staff member we dealt with was pretty rude to a few customers in front of us but he was ok with us. The French girl we dealt with from then on was quite pleasant though. The place was overall pretty loud and it was pretty easy for people from the bar to get to where the rooms were so that freaked me out. The bathrooms were quite disgusting and hadn't been cleaned between the two nights I stayed. To top it all off I was woken up by a mouse chewing through a plastic bag under my bed.
