What to stay about St. Christophers... well, I had my laptop, iPod, headphones and money stolen from my LOCKED locker. There is incredibly poor security. The door to my room didn't close properly, which I suspect is the reason for the theft. The only thing the staff did was refund my stay. They have no insurance on their rooms. Avoid this hostel if you plan to travel with anything remotely valuable. I've stayed in probably 30 hostels and have never had this problem. Ruined my trip to London.

Overall great value for money - the bar is very lively - one of the security man is a bit rude but apart from that the stay was really good and we will recommend the place and also we will come back - room was great. Location is excellent, very convenient.

Not the best hostel I have been to. NO FLUSHING TOILETS! Bit of a party atmoshphere and location is excellent. If you are after a fun time and aren't too worried about the facilities or cleanliness then this hostel may suit.

Very nice hostel. Not so expensive, near to Borough tube station, clean and comfortable.

This review is thanks to the staff at St Christophers. They handled a potentially firey overbooking problem with the utmost professionalism. Having stayed at this hostel many times during my RTW trip, I can highly recommend it.

The 6 bed room is too small. It is difficult to open the lockers when more than one person is at the room.

Everything is great, but I might have a few complaints about the shower and toilet. The shower is boiling hot and some of the toilets are not clean. Might want to do a regular cleaning!
